Zeb sounds like he's constantly yawning through that interview! Enjoyed the game genuinely thought we'd do out standard through away a lead in the last minute though so very relieved. Sloppy goals conceded again but who cares if we're going go score more at the moment! Lol I thought the same thing about Zebroski yawning. Hardly surprising though since he was working so hard throughout the entire match. Scoring his first career hat trick must be pretty draining too! He is a transformed player and thoroughly deserved MOTM. Hope he’s in team of the week with Hess getting manager of the day and manager of the month 👏👏👏

Well 4 wins on the bounce, 8 unbeaten and everything at EFC is unrecognisable from just a short while ago, but our defence is totally shambolic, and the goals we are conceding is frankly ridiculous. Totally agree Michael but I have to ask - would you have preferred a boring 0-0 draw? ;-)

At least 95 (we had to make a detour through the home entrance - £3 cheaper too lol!)

The pitches used in the premiership and other leagues at that level are not 3G. The bigger clubs have hybrid pitches, which is a mixture of plastic based material interwoven and planted in the ground with real cuttable grass that actuaally grows through it. There are a lot in Russia but they arent the same as 3G Much like Boreham Wood’s superb £1m DESSO pitch.

Both a Spitfire legend and a true gentleman. He’s always played with his heart on his sleeve and gave every minute he had on the pitch 100% effort. Unknowingly I saw a young Macca play for Pirelli back in 96/97 and he’s gone from strength to strength. All the best Macca and hope all works out at Gosport.

It also amazes me with the chav football fan when we refer to managers like we personally know them. ‘Hilly’ ‘hessy’ -regular drinking buddies are we? I suspect never actually got close to them at all. Must be just you who hasn’t Will. I’m pondering as to why that could be........🤔 Bah Humbug and have a very merry Christmas!!

Hope any Eastleigh ladies who went thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will rush back for more enthralling entertainment Believe it or not, I think you’ll find that we’re at most matches Willk. I have and always will go and support the team - win, lose or draw. My fairly recent first few seasons saw the club climb from the conference south to the conference premier play offs and we had some very special FA cup runs under RH and, later, RM (the less said about MA the better). I’m under no dissolution though - we are truly in a relegation battle which is where we were heading last season. RH stated after Saturday’s game that keeping us safe last season was his greatest achievement - even surpassing his above mentioned successes in his last spell. The man certainly has passion and loves the club, but the jury is out as to where we go from here with relegation a real possibility. Plus, if Justin Edinburgh makes an impact with Leyton Orient, that’s another side currently below us who could gain momentum. January sees the real possibility of our loan players departing which would be disastrous. Every side we play has more pace and I really cannot see who is going to score without Ben Williamson. McCallum hasn’t looked fit since his return and I’m struggling to see what Zebroski has to offer (aside from a half decent performance at Halifax last week). Also, why do we not utilise the width of the pitch??!! We have some pretty big clubs in the area and I cannot understand why we are not utilising some of their up and coming youngsters to give them regular appearances and to add pace to our squad. Southampton have certainly bred a lot of talented young players in recent years.

Theres a lot worse things happening in this world to worry about than getting your knickers in a twist about ladies day at Sutton. Sutton can do what they want and good luck to them. Knickers as opposed to boxers...?? Lol

Have to say this thread is hilarious - as is the reaction on Sutton’s forum. Malc is correct in that positive action is totally different from both direct and indirect discrimination.
Let’s rename the forum “what should Easteigh fans moan about next”. Cheer up folks 🤣

agree that i think something for the efc fans like the minibus would have made more sense, but as said above time to move on. am sure there will be other good chances to fundraise/support the community minibus. Hopefully the next fundraising effort will be a rousing success.

I don't think the money is at all relevant either. A heart felt apology or an explanation of his comments would have been more appropriate. I am surprised by the choice of charities in view of our 'British Legion' day and the TSSC appealing for a disabled minibus. In saying that the 2 charities chosen are good causes so no critisism of them is implied. I don't know who tyreman is so am a bit confused why he feels the need to make a charitable contribution as well. I gave a bit to Pudsey but didn't make fuss about it- well not until today Stew5018 a disco took place in October for TSSC to raise money for the Pan Disability/Ladies Team minibus but unfortunately, there were only around 60 people there. No one from either of these supported this vital fundraiser and there has been a general lack of support all round for TSSC.

He certainly looked lively tonight, with some nice footwork and, crucially, pace! Would like to see him start up front with Williamson on Saturday.
