Can someone actually confirm to me the plan is to get Eastleigh into the football league still? I'm still having difficulty into equating the abject, turgid mid to lower table crap we see on the pitch to the grandiose ideas to turn the ground into Wembley stadium.

If you want to stay on this Forum Wilky keep it up - you'll go far (hopefully)

That is a long term plan - we will do west side first. How many additional seats do you have in mind ? 500 new seats is the plan I believe (on the west side). I think the plan is to get these in place in 2017.

Ohh Is that a threat? Pathetic. Simple question about the clubs ambitions on the pitch v off field plans. Grow up.

progress off the pitch and progress on the pitch go hand in hand.
of course one doesn't guarantee the other, the club are doing things the right way off the pitch. On the pitch we've gone backwards this season, we'll come good though, be it next season, the season after or the season after that

Other fans on this forum can only give their opinions but as this question is directed to what the club is planning i suggest you put this to Stewart Donald and Richard Hill at the fans forum on Thursday - they are the only people who will give you honest and open answers to these and any other concerns you have regarding the club.

I get some of it about progress but you also have to look at Sunderland (48000 stadium) Middlesbrough (34000) Coventry (35000) Rotherham 25000-all crap on the pitch and dying as a club. Progress off the pitch means absolutely nothing if the team are useless.

Plenty more clubs up & down the country who have built fantastic stadia of all sizes and who are successful. Pointless in me listing them. Pointless suggesting some clubs with good stadia are rubbish as a team.

Will you really do spout some utter rubbish.
Clubs have good times and bad times but one thing is for sure Rotherham do not have a 25k stadium!

So overall, pretty pointless then. You go ask a Coventry city fan or Rotherham fan about their shiny stadium.

Still not sure how it relates to Eastleigh?
What point are you trying make?
We are a non league club who have underperformed this season, it happens, the world keeps turning and we'll have another go in August.
I'm sure you feel you could do a better job then the good people of Eastleigh but you are just a keyboard warrior in a very crowded environment.

As we keep suggesting Willk, if you're that unhappy about the "abject, turgid mid to lower table c**p we see on the pitch", please do us all a favour and find another club; perhaps the one down the road in the premier league. I really think you should come along to the fans forum and get everything off your chest there. I'm sure, without a doubt, that Stewart and Richard would love the opportunity to reply to your issues.

Can i suggest that someone puts willks question to SD/RH on Thursday as it it is highly unlikely that willk will be there(although i hope he will). I would do it myself but unfortunately can't get to this one as am away in Brighton.I would be interested in their response as i'm sure would others.
