If I recall the cold blow lane at 'wall had a roof that was low but only went over half the terrace. Can't we have the shed end roof cut in half length ways & lowered?

Pretty much what was like there already, just the problem with viewing the whole pitch from the top restaurants, am sure it can be sorted. Hope so lower roof means more noise and shelter!!

I get the feeling Eastleigh F.C is trying to become something it shouldn't. If a new all-seater stand is built in place of a perfectly fine terrace then that would leave the tiny 'shed' end as the only terrace. I started following this great club to get away from the souless all-seater stadia in the premier league. With the recent ground developments and the roof of the shed being adjusted to meet the needs of a few of the prawn sandwich brigade, prioritising them over some of our most passionate fans, I can't help but feel the club is getting it wrong on this front. I really hope I'm proved wrong and hope the club maintains a good balance of standing/ seating.

Go and have a word with Stewart tomorrow if you are worried about loosing all the terracing. You might like his answer

It’s plain ridiculous. This ground does not need anything else doing to it with the amount of fans we have coming in.

Keep up the great work Stewart. Carry on developing the ground and make your dreams come to fruition. To be successful in life you need a vision, SD has that vision, its doubtless why he is successful. If we follow your line willk we would have done nothing to the ground ever, after all with only 60 people turning up, why bother?

Yes, it’s clear that when you have a broken down old terraced stadium it needs something doing to it though. That ground as it stands now needs nothing doing to it.

Also, just to put it on a par. The ground is now very comparable to burton albions-and they are in the championship

Here here!! i think we'd all love to be in SD's position, well I would at least. Owning a football club must bring much joy and big challenges and I'm loving coming to watch the blues each week. Keep it up SD, you are doing a fine job!

No real point having an opinion forum about anything then really is it?

With the ambition stewdo has to make us a football league club why not develop the ground. If he thinks it's the right time to do it then let him crack on. Part of the fun is seeing the club grow and climb the football ladder unless you're one of the people that want to see Eastleigh lose...

I love how an alternative opinion means you want the club to lose. Pathetic rhetoric. The ground is now at a league one standard. It’s like building extensions on a 4 bed house when there’s two of you living there.

Wasn't necessarily referring to you but as you seem to have all about me complex no doubt you just instantly read it as an attack on you... pathetic rhetoric
