Not sure if this is true but I heard Newport v Eastleigh was LIVE in 34 Countries around the world on Saturday except UK obviously, so there must be some extra monies coming in for that surely?..... I watched the game live on ESPN+ here in the States

There are 8 replays:
Everton v C Palace Wolves v Brentford Birmingham v Hull Eastleigh v Newport Bristol Rovers v Norwich Bolton v Luton Blackpool v N Forest Bristol City v West Ham
I believe 2 TV games out of that lot. Probably not us, but with the 4th round game as a carrot for the winner you never know!

I’ve got to say, I’m really disappointed with the way the club has done this regarding tickets to the replay. They have said seated season ticket holders have their seat reserved but I have a standing and I assume that is all sold out now? I’ve had a season ticket for the past 8 seasons and to miss out on one of the clubs most important games is disappointing. If they end up getting the dream utd game I hope they bear in mind the loyal fans first and foremost

Ah yes thanks, I’ve managed to get one in the temporary stand, but even so that is still £10 more than where my season ticket is. Would’ve liked them to of given the season ticket holders a chance to buy wherever they would like to sit/stand before all the people that are just getting a ticket because they think it will give them a chance to get a utd ticket. But at least I’m still going now

Yeah totally agree bet there's a few season ticket holders who will probably miss out. Should have given season ticket holders 24 hours to buy. Then open it to general sale. Glad you have got a ticket slewmcg.

Message from SD on Facebook
“Season ticket holders have their seat or terrace place reserved till lunchtime tomorrow but they will need to call the club or go to the ticket office to purchase it as these have been taken to ensure they cannot be sold until after the deadline has passed. If anyone season ticket holder or fan with previous purchase history is struggling then by all means message me and I will get the club to contact you. Thank you.”

Not being funny but that information was not readily available last night when it was looking like everything was sold out. I did think perhaps ringing the club today and would’ve hoped they could sort something out, but the information they sent out definitely just specified people with seats would be reserved until Wednesday. I suspect the club and I for that matter, were not expecting things to sell out in the space of 4 or 5 hours as that does seem a bit unprecedented. But fair play Stewart has obviously seen this and wouldn’t let it happen

I was a bit worried when I went online to buy tickets this morning and there was nothing there, but I called the club, explained I was a season ticket holder and my partner was a regular supporter and was promised a call back The guy in the ticket office came up trumps, returned my call and sold me two terrace tickets in our usual spot. The club was right to suspend online sales after the spike in demand and I appreciate them looking after their regular fans.

Surely online sales just increases the risk of touts getting tickets for a game that will sell out, or people will buy then & then sell them on for profit. So just sell tickets from the club shop, that way the locals are more likely to get tickets.
