Why is it we hardly ever get a mention on South Today in the sports section ?, maybe the club needs to get in touch and raise Eastleigh fc profile. Both bbc and itv regional programmes cover a large area. They rarely cover non league, there are many non-league clubs in their catchment. Oxford City, Aldershot Doring and Woking in our league alone and many others in lower leagues. Local radio is currently more local so we get more coverage, although not as much as we used to because of the cuts involved through deliberate underfunding through govt policy on the licence fee.

Hi where is the best place to sit for atmosphere at the stadium? Did you get to the game? You picked a good one if so.

Steve what pub or at the ground can me and My son meet you... if you Don't mind that Is. If I go (and some doubt - currently have COVID) I go in the bar under the south stand. As for chants I leave others to do that. We don't have many "Hampshires blue and white" is one. Of course Portsmouth is a separate authority so not technically Hampshire 😀. Be good to meet if not this game then another.

Some people meet in town and get the bus in. There is also the cricketers pub about 10-15 mins walk away. There is a bar under the new South stand - inside the ground. Best to say it will be nice when it is finished but I go there. There is also the clubhouse Hanger bar - this is 'outside' the ground before the game. They have BT sport in there. Sherwoods, also part of the ground and accessible from inside the ground you have to pay £5 to go in - but it is plush. Not sure how you get tickets on the day - assume the ticket office.

Yes QR codes on tickets scanned at the gate. Do from your phone, no need to print. I think if you get there early enough you may be able to park at the ground for £5 although most spaces already filled by those with parking season tickets. Often the Concorde club does parking for £5 too. Also park at lakeside for free and walk across. Trojans hockey did parking for free recently. Bring a torch for lakeside or Trojans. If not parking at the ground, be aware of traffic as you walk to the game. The club will put out match day information on the day of the game. Suggest you have a look at that.

I would suggest the South stand as it contains some away fans and some of our younger noisier fans.

Panter and camp were heading the ball to each other by the dugout. Hopefully they are both back soon.

Quigley's Wikipedia entry says he is a pacy two footed striker. Funniest thing I have read today. Can someone change it to immobile leaden footed moaning oaf who can't even perform the dark arts properly. An absolute embarrassment today.

Don't think Quigley, Barlow and Taylor are fit to wear the shirt. McGuire is too old.

I was not at the game yesterday, but in the Martin Allen era we had games where we could have easily been 3-0 down after 20 minutes. Not sure if the match against Wealdstone was like that. Noted that 7 of the outfield players and 3 of the outfield substitutes were not at the club last year. It is perhaps also worth noting that Charlie Carter and Oscar Rutherford were for me the standout players of last season, but Rutherford was on the bench and Carter by all accounts did not have a good game. I think that when new players are bought in they should ideally complement the skills of those players deemed worthy of retention. 3-0 down tonight. Bradbury hasn't a clue

I have to say that game against Wealdstone felt like the lump it football of the Martin Allen era. No cohesion especially in midfield. If this is Bradbury's new style then I'm not a fan.
