Does anybody know when it will be available? Club website is still saying available to pre-order from Monday 15th July. I was then told at the Oxford game that it would be available at the funday. Lad asked Tom Coffey at the Saints U23 game and he said by the end of that week but still no sign of it. Also, they announced something about a Junior supporters club at the Notts County game but haven't heard anything since. Can anybody shed any light on any of these things? Junior Spitfires to be launched at the Dagenham and Redbridge game this coming Saturday..

Eastleigh Football Club can today confirm the appointment of Sarah Woolley as the club’s Disability Liaison Officer. No one should feel unable to attend a game at the Silverlake Stadium and it is the role of the Disability Liaison Officer to make Eastleigh Football Club inclusive to all. The DLO will focus on removing barriers that may be impacting supporters being able to visit or fully enjoy their visit to the club. A number of initiatives, aimed at improving the match day experience for both home and away fans with disabilities, will be created by Sarah. The Disability Liaison Officer will support the establishment of user led dialogue between the clubs disabled fans and the club. The DLO will also liaise with other clubs to find out about their disabled facilities for supporters and is currently building a database of facilities and accessibility at every ground in the National League. Sarah Woolley said: “I’m delighted to take on this role to help those fans who feel that they are unable to visit the Silverlake Stadium because of disability. No one should feel unable to come and visit our club and it is my role to help make the club as inclusive and accessible as it can be. “I first started following Eastleigh during the 2013/14 season, taking in a few home and away games. The thrill of promotion gave me the bug and I’ve enjoyed supporting the team around the country. “Having visited most of the National league stadia and experienced differing levels of accessibility in my wheelchair, I want to ensure that all disabled supporters, both home and away, have the best match day experience possible at the Silverlake. “It is essential that we cater for and welcome every fan, no matter what their individual needs are. Everybody should be able to enjoy the game and feel a part of it.” Tom Coffey, Operations Director said: “It is great that Sarah has accepted the role to become Eastleigh Football Club’s Disability Liaison Officer. Her role will revolve around making the match day experience for our disabled fans barrier free and to help the club understand the difficulties people with disabilities face when visiting us. She will act as a contact for those who may wish to raise concerns about accessibility.” Any supporter with concerns about accessibility or who has any ideas on how the club can better its accessibility and inclusivity can email dlo@eastleighfc.com. Alternatively, you can contact Sarah via twitter @dlo_eastleighfc.

Good to announce the winners and thank you to the organisers of this for the effort put in with so many prizes made available. Myles Weaver looks similar to Myles Wheeler although that may be a coincidence and I am not sure whether all the winners are uniquely identifiable from this list. Can I just say the official list does say Myles Wheeler not Weaver, the names on the list are exactly what the winners wrote on the sheets themselves. Please note this is not the official TSSC result sheet, please refer to The Spitfires Supports Club Web site.

Firstly, this has been posted by my daughter on TSSC Facebook page because I have been blocked from posting on there. Rendel was given the opportunity to resign before he was informed yesterday that his position on the committee is now untenable. Accusations on his forum towards the TSSC committee had the potential to be libellous. Despite a complaint, he took no action and allowed the offender to continue with his accusations. The committee felt that once again he did not act in the best interest of either Eastleigh Football Club, TSSC or the supporters. We appreciate that FB is not a usual method for conveying news such as this, but we wanted to notify everyone and social media is the easiest way. Arthur.

MATCHDAY AT SUTTON UNITED FC ARRANGEMENTS FOR TRAVELLING SUPPORTERS We are sorry, but we are not able to accommodate away supporters’ cars or coaches in our stadium car-park. We are sold out for the season.
Car-drivers can usually find spaces in the side streets within 5 minutes walk of the stadium but we would also like to point out that the stadium is next door to West Sutton station and the 413 bus runs right past the main entrance to the stadium. Sutton bus garage, which is served by several routes from Croydon, Wimbledon and Kingston, is a short walk from the east end of the stadium. Spectators are asked to note that they may be required to undergo a bag search at the turnstiles and we are sure that everyone will understand the need for such measures in these times. Please also note that drums are not allowed in the stadium. The usual prohibition rules also apply with respect to weapons, flares and other incendiary devices, glass bottles and alcohol. Flags and banners are permitted but stewards may request them to be moved if they cover advertising boards.

With regard to coach travel, a joint decision was made with the football club prior to finalising all the details with Lucketts Travel not to pick up from Station Hill. The numbers were very low last year and when the club handled the bookings if more than one coach travelled all had to stop at Station Hill that caused Mayhem. Sorry for any inconvenience, but that’s how it has been agreed with the coach dropping off at Station Hill on the return journey.
