Diabolical. All the focus on the fa cup just like I said earlier in the week. Players couldn't give two sh*ts about the league . May as well play the kids against Maidstone Tuesday to rest players for Halifax at home if that's all that matters. Bottlers.

Really bad.
Worst performance of the season so far?

Lost my ST and finally found it 5 mins after ko so didn't bother going. Think it was a lucky portent misplacing it, saved me from suffering today's effort. Making it really hard to get a PO place with our inconsistent performances and any thoughts of the title are frankly a joke!

Worst performance I've seen from Eastleigh ever. Seven years of all home games and about 30%-50% of away games. That tops the lot. I wasn't impressed by the booing at full time; but, if it's ever going to take place, I guess this game was the right moment. There are no positives to take from that. None whatsoever

Woeful result. Ronnie Moore's position was questioned recently on this forum and most felt that this was unreasonable, I agreed. I wonder how people feel this evening though. The home league form is simply not good enough. They got away with the result mid-week as well. Doing well in the FA cup is great for the club but if we continue to get this drivel served up for home football I can see people not bothering with a season ticket next year regardless of the cost. The bubble will burst.

We all like a good cup run, but not at the expense of league performance. I'd rather play league sides 46 times a season than once or twice!

I was only listening to the radio so don't have a full assessment, but from what I heard, we were great in midfield but have a defense who can't defend and an attack that can't attack! which is a bit of a problem!

Terrible performance. We have to be better, simple as that.

What sort of excuses are we going to hear after today's performance! A terrible display, especially our "strike force" no way did we look like scoring and after a save by Scott we then let them score! Where was our expensive defence! Poor - very poor!!!

Only the third time I've left a match before the end. First was Hill's last game in charge, second was Todd's...

None whatsoever Possibly not quite as dire a performance as the home game vs Thurrock in 2010 which we lost 2-8 (0-6 down at the half), but surely the most woeful performance since.

Nearly right Mark! We also have an inept midfield. Absolute rubbish, over paid prima donnas with no passion for the club or the game. Woeful, how can any of the 13 that played look at themselves after they've been to the bank to get their wages? Chester came with 11 behind the ball looking for a 0-0 & we gave the game to them, they must be getting on the coach wondering how they got away with that! Essam has been superb & was dropped, Jai has played out of his skin in the last few & was dropped, bet they are wondering who was supposedly better than them. The whole squad should be taken to watch Hamble Club v Baffins Milton Rovers next Saturday to see how 22 players will give their everything for their club, their team, their mates and the fans for very little, if any money. Always one to find a positive, money is tight this week as I'm buying a dog tomorrow so no need to waste any following that rubbish to Maidstone. If Halifax had us watched today they won't bother sending their 1st team, the reserves or youth should be able to play us off the park!

Mandron has not been great recently, keeps giving the ball away, but what's the answer? We were just not good enough today, need a vast improvement for Tuesday!
