Re-signed and in squad against Tranmere - just what we need.

I reckon he'll start on Saturday. Not sure who they'll drop though. Willo wasn't great Saturday but not sure Beano and Macca will work.

Nothing official from the club, someone tweeted last night - is this a wind-up?

Nothing official from the club, someone tweeted last night - is this a wind-up? Picked up on BBC Solent yesterday, but still nothing from the club.

Not unusual, is it? A few deals seem to be done that way.
Much as Macca is revered here, I'd still be a bit surprised at this one - he's 36 and only played 6 games this season.
I'm guessing he might have been signed because Henderson is injured? But Henderson may not be out for the season if the Echo report is to be believed.
On the other hand, I'm sure he could do a lot off the pitch for the team, if he were allowed to. And as an old favourite...

The fact that he is an old favourite suggests to me that he doesn't fit the new criteria.

No official confirmation from Sutton either - just this mention on their forum:- suttonunited.proboards.com/thread/8246/craig-mcallisterSome of Craig McAllister's best games were amongst those he played in that 9,10 partnership with Jai Reason so, if the reports of his return are true, that would be something to look forward to again - oh sorry hang on a minute, I just remembered we just got rid of Jai Reason.

he will be good till the end of the season. Hardly one to look to the future to really. Could secure our Survival this season......

One of the best No.9's I have seen at the Silverlake. Gives defences a hard time, wins and holds up the ball, good in the air. Was an EFC legend BUT that was then. Hope he can still do a job
Browner & Forbes next??

At last a decent signing from MA. Someone who wants to play for the club rather than just turn up and get paid.
