must admit I am surprised by both as well, Flitney given RHs comments at the fans forum last month.
in fairness I think virtually all of us were disappointed when Flitney left back in September. For me it seemed largely down to a bit of poor man management by Ronnie Moore, who publically seemed to say he was bringing in (then new to EFC) Ryan Clark to be number 1. This was on the back of Flitney conceding just 2 goals in 7 games.
anyway that is all in the past. wonder who will start the season in goal?!
Zebrowski as well, bit of a wild one to say the least! I think the problems in his personal life are pretty well known.
You've got to think if hilly, stewart, paul reid and whoever else is involved in the transfer rate him enough to overlook his problems then hopefully they are onto something!

whilst its an interesting idea, think it would be mad to bring it in.
Football rules basically work pretty well (barring offside which is sometimes confusing).
if you are making changes to the game they have to be carefully considered, that goes for things like video technology as well.
am in favour of it in principle but a) what decisions would it be for? b) who could apply it, either team? the ref? an official watching a video screen? c) how would the rules differ as we go further down the pyramid?
lots of things to think about!

some good predictions there, reckon if people want to change predictions that's ok until the season kicks off?
ok, thinking of a points system!
1 pt for guessing team correctly in any place in the top 7 or bottom 4: eg prediction of Eastleigh to come 4th and they come 1st = 1 point 2 pts for guessing team 1 place out in the top 7 or bottom 4 eg prediction of Woking to to come 23rd and they come 24th = 2 points 3 pts for exact position
so totAL OF 11 teams X 3 pts = maximum of 33 points
hope this all makes sense?
