Thing is Will you are not saying what other people are admitting. A few dissenting voices in the ranks though....along with attendances down about the 300 mark compared to 2 years ago when we had an exciting team that tried to score!!

Yeah fully accept that people are not happy and don't disagree that the football we are watching is not great/good or anything near it, but that wasn't my point in the reply to Will or the point of any of the posts he has made. My concern also is that we are going down the Arsenal route of you have to be in one camp 'RH Out' or another 'RH In' with nothing in between and who shouts loudest wins rather then there being valid points from both sides. I would imagine most people are somewhere in the middle and change their views depending on what happens and will do this over a long period rather then after every game, the personal insults really annoy me it's not needed and not based on anything factual.

That'll be me then. He needs the season at least with a full deck, then he can be judged, although I had a bit of a rant after the Hereford game as the whole thing was a complete joke, the tactics, the effort and the stay away support.

We have been unable to replace Andy Drury - simple as that.
Sam Togwell & Ben Strevens cannot play together, no creativity and now lacking a fair bit of pace...
Let's not forget how big of a player Joe Partington was going forward as well.. Him & Greener on either wing offered us an outlet and quite often allowed us to play down the wings with attack minded football.
Hoyte & Wood struggle to get past the half way line, in fact in the second half towards the end RH changed Greener to full back to offer us a bit more going forward.
We have no flair, we have a team of 'hard workers' which is what RH has tried to create - so far it hasn't been particularly successful and certainly not easy to watch... possibly the reason for a drop in attendances.

There's a lot of decent players that had a bit of 'something' about them, that made it ok to watch that have gone & not been replaced.

Likely to be a late decision as to whether the game is played or not. The Heed will either travel down on Friday, in which case they'll already be here, or leave early Sat morning. Not much rain to speak of before Saturday, whatever we get to affect the game, will be on the day. Not much the club can do to prepare for what weather we get, so it's a question of just hoping the game goes ahead. Could be a bit wet in the ex-shed. Latest from the airport weather people - Thursday - Heavy rain 18.00 to 05.00 Friday - Heavy rain 22.00 to 01.00 Saturday - Rain 07.00 to 09.00, Heavy rain 12.00 to 17.00. Winds gusting 40-45 mph at match time Looking worse than yesterday's predictions.

Being that we are only a couple hundred yards away from the airport, I'd say their forecast is pretty accurate. Would it pay EFC to phone them for an update on their forecast....it might just save The Heed Army travelling. Tomorrows forecast could be quite valid in getting the game called off early I would think. We've seen what the weather can do to a stadium in Barrow!!!!! Health and Safety rules could apply here perhaps?

pitch will be fine, way too much panicking.
It was really good apart from the one corner and thats been sorted now. Just been out with the dog and the rec is playable so our pitch will be fine

Sam Matthews, Reda Johnson, Sam Togwell, Graham Stack all injured tomorrow & Ryan Cresswell (Doubtful)
Andrew Boyce & Gavin Hoyte suspended.
I really hope Miley gets a go in midfield along with Strevens - I don't think RH has much choice with the defence or midfield... This is what I'm expecting to see...

Just been out with the dog and the rec is playable so our pitch will be fine I was more concerned about the wind (the pitch really has to be OK after the attention it has had!), but the latest BBC/Met Office forecast now seems to be 'less bad' for tomorrow. Is Danny Hollands injured? Doesn't seem to be. I think he's the one who gives us stability in central midfield at the moment. Must start. Right back's a problem position for me. Howe's still the best right back I've seen this season, obviously we need him in the centre, though. I think Ayo makes too many errors in that position and his distribution's not great there either (although he is a goal threat, and, i think, better in the centre) and I've never rated Hoyte (suspended for three games anyway), regardless of last week's display. I'm also a bit concerned about the cover the right back (whoever it is) gets - on the left, Greener and Wood seem to work quite well together. Not sure if Cress will last a full game yet, but good to see him on the bench.

Is this match segregated? I got you down as one of those three scruffy tramps who were stood up in the seated end v Hereford singing daft songs about prostitutes while spraying crisp crumbs all over the shop, with all your coat buttons done up wrong & a packed lunch.
