Leaves the Eastleigh FC board of directors and joins Sholing Fc. Alan Harding has also left us to become a director at Sholing FC.

I think Alan Harding ceased to be a director of Eastleigh over five years ago and. Mick Budny I think resigned as an Eastleigh director at the end of last season.
According to the list of directors it seems that Alex Pike and Richard Hill were appointed in January 2023.

Wonder what will happen at Sholing next season? It seems to be going full Doswell now. That didn't go too well at H+W and Sutton recently.
Some of the old (Diaper) players were still at Sholing at the end of last season, very much helping to keep them up. Then there were a lot of young loan players......

I think that Paul Doswell is doing what he did at Eastleigh when he was in a position to do so that is to bring in directors to support the funding of the club.
I think that Paul Doswell has quite a good record as a manager. Three promotions with Eastleigh, two promotions and five playoffs with Sutton and one play-off with Havant and Waterlooville. Things though seemed to be go wrong at Havant and Waterlooville when he had confrontations with the Ebbsfleet manager which led to Paul Doswell receivimng a suspension from football.
I expect Paul Doswell will bring in his own players and I expect him to take an an interest in players who may become surplus to requirements at Eastleigh. Ironically several years ago VT as Sholing were known had a team with a significant number of players who were discarded by Paul Doswell who was at the nam4e was manager of Eastleigh with Kevin Gibbens and Ryan Ashford being examples of this and there were others. IN fact when VT played Eastleigh in the Hampshire Senior Cup in 2006/07 their team contained nine former Eastleigh players.
