This is almost a must win game for LB! A home game against another team in a relegation spot (That's because I tipped them for promotion this year)! It's time for LB to turn the cheap talk, "proud of our boys" and excuses into 3 points.

Yes, they lost 1-5 at Aldershot last Saturday but they had W2 D1 before that after an awful start.
They had a great season last year but have had a lot of changes (particularly their manager) since.
Suspect this won't be easy, but as you say, it's a game we should be looking to win if we're looking to finish top half.

Wonder if Mr Smart will have a massive impact on Saturdays game. Totally agree Mark, Bradbury needs a win Saturday. I said I'd give him 10 games before making any comments. Well Saturday is 10 games.

Mr Smart had little impact in his cameo other than sending one cross over the stand into the M27. I think the decision to move him on was justified. it was a dull spectacle today other than 2 crazy minutes of us saving a penalty and then immediately going up the other end and scoring. You've got to feel sick as a Halifax fan with that. We looked good for a ten minute spell after the goal but other than that, dull. Job done I guess and so far Bradbury has surpassed my limited expectations in terms of results. We look like a mid table side this year rather than relegation candidates which we certainly flirted with last year.

Not sure where the negativity comes from. Bar the need for away form to improve it looks to me as if the club have done decent business within the confines of its budget.
We stand 11th and have played 7 of the other teams in the top half of the table and only 3 teams from the bottom 12. We have some very talented young players that I, for one, look forward to watching each week.

Nothing to write home about yesterday. Nice to win and keep a clean sheet.

We have some excellent players so why are we playing hoofball interspersed with a bit of kick and rush? To borrow the comment of the gentleman in my neighbouring seat, we didn't often manage to put three or more passes together against a very very poor Halifax.

Very difficult to play football with an inconsistent card happy referee. Viewing the highlights what did the referee see differently when awarding Halifax a penalty in the first half and denying Eastleigh a penalty in the second half when Halifax where caught by a quick throw in.
