TICKET INFORMATION
We are planning a phased return of spectators, so we will be limiting ourselves to 1,000 supporters for the fixture against Maidenhead United (Saturday, 5th Dec).
Following this, we will gradually increase our capacity to 1,200 for Wrexham (Tuesday, 8th Dec); 1,500 for Hartlepool (Tuesday, 15th Dec); and reach the 2,000 capacity for the Boxing Day fixture against Weymouth (Saturday, 26th Dec).
After every game we will review our approach and, if necessary, will be prepared to adapt this action plan should any complications arise.
Due to the short timeframe to prepare for supporters returning the games against Maidenhead, Wrexham, and Hartlepool will be single tickets only, at the following price:
ADULTS: £10
CONCESSIONS (Over 60’s, Students, and U18’s): £8
Season ticket holders will be offered first refusal for these games.
When you purchase your ticket, your details will be checked against our database from last season, and tickets will be voided with no refund if it does not match.
We cannot offer season ticket details in time for these games but information regarding our plans will follow after the Hartlepool fixture on Tuesday, 15th December, when we have more long-term clarity following the government’s review of the tier systems.
For people who have purchased a streaming pass, it will automatically be converted to a matchday ticket IN THE WEST SIDE for each of the next three home fixtures, until we can confirm season ticket details.
Our streaming service will continue for the foreseeable future, for those who do not feel ready to return to games in person.
Streaming season pass holders will still be able to watch online if they are not attending, and single match passes are still available to purchase HERE.
This information has been confirmed via email for the Maidenhead and Wrexham fixtures, and will be confirmed again via email before the Hartlepool fixture.
Any remaining tickets will go on general sale for non-season ticket holders at 9am on the morning of the game. Non-season ticket holders who purchase tickets before this time will be voided without refund.
Away supporters will NOT be permitted to attend, as per the rules set by The National League.
Any visiting supporters that attempt to attend the game will be ejected without a refund.
