Eastleigh Football Club are delighted to confirm that Ben Strevens has signed a two year deal to remain as First Team Manager until the end of the 2020/2021 season.
Streven’s initially led the side on a caretaker basis following the departure of Andy Hessenthaler to Dover last season.
After his permanent appointment in November 2018, Strevens led his Spitfires side to the Vanarama National League Play-Off semi finals, only to have their season ended via a penalty shootout versus Salford City.
Ben Strevens will be joined by Jason Bristow (First team assistant manager) and Ross Flitney (First team goalkeeping coach) who have also signed two year deals to remain with the club.
“I’m delighted to get it all signed and all done, I think it was important for me and the management team after last season the club has shown a lot of faith in us. After last season it was a case of putting our own personal situations to one side to sort out the squad.
We really have to build on what we did last year, keep working hard and now it’s a long-term project and hopefully a successful one.”
