Expected defeat today. We are very much in a relegation fight. Those who might think 6 points is a comfortable cushion from the bottom 4, think again. The next 2 games are against top half teams and we could well be in that bottom 4 for Christmas. On current form there is no reason to suggest this team will or deserve to stay up. The Boxing Day game against Torquay could already be a 6 pointer.

I don't think we are in a relegation fight...yet. But I am worried we soon could be. If the Echo is correct and Williamson is out for several weeks, that spells big trouble. If we want to avoid a relegation fight, we need a goal scorer immediately and what we have needed all season - pace. I also don't think its helpful for anyone at the club to be saying we are not far off the top 7. Cloud cuckoo land. Time to focus or this could turn out to be a truly awful season, rather than just a bad one. We need 3 points; anywhere, anyhow and soon.

That’s ok we have a steady hand on the tiller and Justin Edinburgh is also in employment! By New Year Barrow (now level) and Orient will be above us.

www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p05pwkq4Apparently the players now know we are in a relegation fight and that it’s all their fault, definitely not RH’s. He is both classless and clueless (as he admits at the start)

No tactics no ideas no one putting there foot on the ball. Little passing communication or spirit. And that all springs from the Manager. And for first time this season Callum Howe had a stinker. But one good thing came of it--the coach driver getting fed up waiting for the Media Team and driving off without them. Hopefully they will have time to get a decent length interview with RH. Many more sharp intakes of breath no doubt

As predicted...
I thought we would get beat, we did I thought we would have no game plan, we didn't I thought we would whack it long and give our strikers no service, we did I was certain McAllister would come on around 65 minutes for a change, he did
Same as last week and will be the same next week. Whilst I am confident we will stay up, there's no question we should be looking over our shoulders. Torquay may have found a bit of form, you would expect Orient to sort their problems out.. Don't want to be going into the last 5 games with a risk of relegation.

Can't think of any positives to take from the game, except no one got a red card. We were poor all over the pitch, especially booting the ball up for McCullum (later Macca) & Zebroski, none of who won the ball in the air from the SU defence. One decent attempt on goal only that I can recall, late on from Yeates. Yet another game to forget.
