Havent & Neverwillville bounced back to the National League South, so after 5 years in charge, Bradbury has taken them back to where they were when he joined - Great Progress Dumb & Dumber Meanwhile, the Sourboys will spend another season in the Southern League South & West Division after losing the play off final today - Gutted for Steve Claridge - NOT!!! It would be nice though if at least one of them could get their act together & join us in the National League so we can have some proper rivals again, and not have to deal with the inbreds at Woking and Aldershot telling us they are not rivals (they are not!) and then mentioning the rivalry at every opportunity!

Also Farnborough and Leamington got promoted. I think that Leamington's promotion means it is likely that one team will switch from the National League North to the National League South.

The fact 3 northern teams went down from our league hasn't helped the in balance.

I would say the fact that three Northern teams have gone down from the National League will help the balance. Ideally Gloucester and Brackley should be in the National League South and more often than not 4 of the 6 clubs promoted from Step 3 leagues are from the South.

Not sure I agree with you on that US. If H+W are to join us that means we won't go up for the next season at least (one can hope!) & if we meet Salisbury in the league that means we won't be going up for at least 3 years, probably more. I don't think that ties in with the general plans of SD or the club!
Without meaning to sound BBB (OK this is sounding BBB) I kind of think we might have outgrown those clubs and am not too sure when we will meet again.
Hoping Aldershot don't win the playoffs so we play them next season & from our point of view of hopefully making a serious promotion challenge next season, would be happiest to lose Tranmere.
