Has been announced as the last home game this season against Wrexham. April 18/19 from 6pm it is being showcased for viewing if you want to pop along. Heard it is brilliant and we are lucky to have a fantastic owner who wants to improve the match day experience for us😎

There will be a walk through a few times for fans and then the game against Wrexham it will be open to have a look.
The Hospitality season tickets are selling unbelievably well and it is likely these will sell out by the end of the season at the current rate which is fantastic - albeit it obviously needed to be bigger!!

Stewart, or anyone else in the know, can someone please confirm what the 2 main rooms in the new building will be used for? My understanding is that they will be given over to "hospitality", Executive clubs, meals before the game etc. & that people like me who just want a pint before the game will use the old clubhouse as at present.
May I also raise a question about pre match refreshment for next season. Away fans have generally to use the Cricketers if they want a drink before the game, meaning EFC lose out on income. If there is likely to be less pressure on the old clubhouse, would it not be possible to allow away fans into the club, via the decking area, with the bar partitioned if necessary?

Subject to the agreement of the SAG Group this is the plan.
Upstairs will be Brooks and Sherwood's Packages - I think this is likely to sell out prior to the start of the season with a few spare seats for guests available.
Downstairs will be open to home fans for drink and potentially food on a first come first serve basis as per the current clubhouse.
Current clubhouse will be available outside the ground for home and away fans prior to the game. After kick off it will revert to being inside the ground and availble for home fans only.
With 3 bars in operation as opposed to one I hope we will be better able to cope with demand however judging by the interest in the new facility we may have attracted quite a few new Spitfires so we will have to see how it plays out but that is the plan.

Great stuff. Loved seeing the video a couple of weeks back.
Its not been the best of seasons on the pitch as we all know, but its certainly ending with a flourish off the pitch!

Just wondering when is the shed end due to be moved to a different location of the ground?

At the forum a few months ago I think it was going to be moved at the end of the season, maybe the work progressing on the clubhouse is now ahead of schedule and it will be done sooner as now the roof is off? I am just wondering and obviously it will become obvious as we see the progress, just how the design of the roof is going to work so that a clear view of the goal can be seen through the glass above it. Again am guessing but it will have to be lower and shallower than what is there now. It will be longer which will balance the clubhouse end out. Exciting to see the progress though, we are all speculating as to what it will look like.

When it is all done the entire pitch will be visible upstairs I believe, however unless rules have changed it is for viewing only...not for during the match. In any case only about 30 could stand and watch I suppose if allowed and there are far more than that who have taken up membership of either The Brooke's/Sherwood packages.

The whole complex is enormous - there's a link to Dan's guided tour on YouTube on here somewhere. I'm sure someone can point you in the right direction!
