We made this mistake with Ronnie Moore and even more so with Martin Allen.
Can we please not have lots of players coming in & (especially) going out in the next few weeks?
We have a lot of players who are unproven and may well have something to offer EFC. Its tough to judge players coming into a struggling side working under a manager who is no longer here. Besides that I was just starting to recognise a few of them :0)
Lets give all the lads a chance to shine before the end of the season and plan for releases/new contracts & recruitment in the summer.

I agree that we have to make the best of what we've got for the remainder of the season and hope that, with better tactical organisation, the current crop of players are good enough to keep us out of a relegation dogfight. As supporters, we have a responsibility to get behind the players that RH puts out and give them a bit of encouragement. I am also looking forward to a much improved match day experience, not just on the pitch, but before kick off and at half time too. I found MA's insistence on playing the same few songs (3 Lions, Vindaloo, 1999 and Life of Riley) on constant repeat over the PA rather irksome and it did nothing to lift the atmosphere in the ground. MA seemed to suck all the enjoyment out of a visit to the Silverlake. I'm not expecting miracles, but the odd goal for Eastleigh would be much appreciated and would give us something to shout about.

Do we need music anyway, why should I have to raise my voice to be heard over music which 90% of people don like. At a match I want to talk and catch up with fiends at the ground .

I agree we should move on and ditch the siren etc. However, I really do like The Liquidator that has been played after the siren. I'm sure another team plays that too. Someone on here is bound to know which club that is.....

No music at all before the game would be a bit odd wouldn't it?! I always liked Public Service Broadcasting's 'Spitfire' which builds up as it goes along and is obviously pretty apt. Though I guess anything other than the mid 90s mega mix that MA wanted would be a bonus.
