Looking at the new build update, I was wondering what the intentions are re the Shed once the new build is completed as it appears to be in the way!
Is it going to be moved, removed completely, or have its roof lifted off?

Do we know where they are moving the existing shed to?

To the west side by the blue stand. New terrace will go in at North end with roof coming off top of new building.

Hope I am wrong but I doubt this will happen this summer.

Surely it needs to happen when the new building opens.
From the photos it would suggest that unless the shed roof goes, anyone in there will only be able to see one of the goals.

You won't be allowed to watch any of the actual game inside the building during the 90minutes anyway, it's a league rule

The building is designed around 7 day use rather than match days only. Wedding receptions, funeral teas (as we used to call them), business conferences etc etc will provide expanded income streams for the club.

I hope the shed gets replaced sooner rather than later. For any bigger games we have had it is defiantly too small.
As I understand the plan is to replace it with something similar but a larger capacity, a "new shed end" if you will.

We could do with an unbreakable window on the goal line, referee won't see it, our goalie becomes world class as nothing ever beats him!!!!

I know its going at the end of the season but why take the roof off when there are still 4 games left?
No problem today as the sun was shining and if you stood in the right place the roof supports would keep the sun out of your eyes but it will probably rain for one of the remaining games so we'll have to move.
I'm sure there is someone's logic somewhere but couldn't it have waited a month?

I was wondering whether they could drop the depth by 1 or 2 steps, re-roof it so it doesn't obscure the view from the new clubhouse and the stretch it from the scoreboard to the tea hut - that would still give same or similar capacity and still have a covered standing end for a bit of vocals (the spitfire cafe would have to relocate, but that's a mobile unit anyway ?!?)
