Our last eight games has seen us score 8 goals, I can account for 7 of them, but missing how Jai Reason goal transpired against Woking.
3 own goals (Yemi's goal against Bromley, the goalie Julian went to kick clear, it hit his defender Holland and trickled back into the net according to the official report) 1 Penalty 1 Corner 1 Free Kick 1 From open play (Jai against Bromley)
720 minutes...it just shows how things aren't right football wise, but amazingly we got 17 points out of that 24, its mind boggling!! Heard a great wisecrack walking out of the ground yesterday about the home game against Barrow being free entry, "Its a bloody trick, with the football they're playing, you've got to pay to get out". I like my jokes and laughs but that one really tickled me, very dry wit and humour.

Jai's goal against Woking was a cracker - flicked the ball up, turned and put it in the far corner. So it doesn't fit your pattern :-)
I think discussions about current entertainment levels have been done to death on other threads, but again yesterday the pitch stopped either team playing good football (even Guiseley tried to pass the ball at times). Welloing and Guiseley both played well above what their league position shows, whatever our perfomance.
The problem for me, as I've said before, is that we worked out how to play on this pitch v Woking, Chester and Bromley - get the ball up there and put pressure on the opponents, in their half. We got our goal yesterday when Yemi did that and forced the comedy error from the defender/keeper, in the second minute. Why didn't we do that for the remaining 88 minutes?
