How about a permanent ban? The team are in complete free fall and relegation is on the horizon. It was called out at the time that Hill's appointment was a poor move and so it has proven. The FA cup run has been a distraction. Hill out.

Time to get a new manager in. I don’t mind hill staying on for a few weeks or even the end of the season. We do need to get our next manager sorted though

We do need to get our next manager sorted though Shame it's gone so wrong, but Hill is 60, a lot of the team are over 30. We need to realise we can't buy promotion with ex league players in one season. Need a upcoming manager with a long term plan, he needs to be backed and we can't have Hill hovering in the background. The club owes its progress to Donald, but Hill is his achilles heel.

The next 2 games are now must wins, away at Ebbsfleet, and away at Oxford on the following Tuesday, after that we could be safe, but what a disappointing season. RH should resign at the end of the season in all roles, and we need a new team and coaching staff, as its obviously not working

We were laboured, lacklustre, lost a lot of 50-50s and only had two occasions when we looked like we were actually bothered - after one Atangana run in the first half, setting up Quigley for an offside goal, and then after the actual goal we scored, a fantastic one from Reeves. But both times, after a few minutes, we went back to a slow buildup, often backwards.
Fylde were decent, their central defenders nullified McCallum and Quigley (the ref left them get away with a bit, plus the timewasting) and looked faster coming forward.
Taylor looked as if he wanted it when he came on, but I CANNOT understand the final substitution, Nwabuokei for Atangana - midfielder for midfielder when we were chasing the game? If you were anywhere near RH you may have heard me bellow out WHY? when the sub was announced. We had a forward - Dotse - on the bench and he's come up with a goal and an assist in previous appearances.
On that showing we're in trouble.

I heard that, I'm extremely close to where Hill was sat....thought the same on the sub, really bizarre. Rutherford needs to start, his pace made a difference when he came on. Still leaking goals, has to be tactics or coaching.

Could have beaten Chesterfield on Saturday & even the draw was an incredible result. We need the points even more than you! You're welcome to stuff Oxford City though!

Whereas Richard Hill does not always endear himself to me and that you cannot always dwell in the past in football it is also true that the om;y two occasions the club has as much reached the playoffs at this level of football have been firstly with Richard Hill as manager and secondly with a management team that Richard Hill played a significant part in assembling, whereas managers such as Ronnie Moore and Martin Allen have only spent a short time in the role.
I think that the club has usually performed better when fielding a settled side which can help foster a better team spirit and I think that in some matches this season we have started games without a single outfield player who was at the end of the 201/22 season. Sometimes when changes are made they do not improve on what was there before.
When Richard Hill took over as manager this season I thought that a significant part of the reason e was to steady the ship as was the case immediately after Martin Allen left. However on that occasion he soon afterwards bought in Andy Hessenthaler as his Assistant and Hessenthaler eventually became manager and the one season he started the season as boss we reached the play offs. I thought that a similar kind of appointment might be on the table this time around.
