Is it disrespectful to play this game the day after the funeral?! Find it hard to keep up with all this

Notice Charlie Philpot not in Winchester City side and Brendan Willson missing from Gosport team tonight. Assume we want to prevent them becoming cup tied so they can be part of our Hampshire Cup side.

Just a reminder that we play stoneham tomorrow. I think it’s our first ever competitive game

I expect that when they were named Ordnance Survey we would have played them in the Southampton Senior Cup, even if it might have been our reserve team playing.

We were on top in the first half, but only took the lead right on half time. Two more goals near the hour mark made it look comfortable but Stoneham never gave up, pulled a goal back, we conceded an own goal to make it even closer, then it needed Flits' penalty save (he did concede the penalty, though) to see us over the line.
Three EDS players in the home lineup, with the other eight being either in the first team or on the bench, thought we might have done a bit better. All the bench were Academy players and they all came on. Camp was his usual combative self, Flits had a good game, Ebanks worked hard up front, but midfield was IMO disappointing, although Hesketh had his moments, as usual.
Anyway, an exciting second half, and we're through to the next round. The Purps battled well throughout as usual and very nearly took it to penalties.

Must admit when I saw the fairly strong lineup I thought it would be more comfortable. Still a win is a win.
Any idea what the crowd was?

Brilliant that Hampshire Cup is in line with modern standards and allows 5 subs to be used
