Eastleigh Football Club are delighted to release our plans for welcoming supporters back to the Silverlake Stadium for our Vanarama National League game against Boreham Wood on Saturday, 22nd May.
We have worked hard to put plans in place for releasing ticketing and matchday information, and we appreciate your patience at this time.
Most of the information and matchday protocols will remain the same as the last time supporters were allowed to attend matches in December 2020, but there are some changes. We urge supporters to read carefully and completely before purchasing tickets or attending the game.
Whilst it’s great to begin the steps to return to normality, we hope supporters will recognise that their compliance with the new protocols is vital to ensure we can keep allowing fans in the ground. There will be a zero-tolerance approach to those who don’t follow the rules.
TICKET INFORMATION
In line with government and National League protocols, we will be limited to allowing 1300 spectators. Tickets will be SEATED ONLY for this fixture, with one space between each seat. Tickets will be available to purchase ONLINE ONLY. There will be NO SALES ON THE DAY IN THE TICKET OFFICE.
Tickets will be available at the following prices:
ADULTS (17 and over): £10
CONCESSIONS (Over 60’s and Students): £8
CHILDREN (16 AND UNDER): £5
Current season streaming pass holders and 2019/20 season ticket holders will be offered first refusal.
Streaming season pass holders have received an email asking to declare if they are wanting to attend the fixture. Our streaming service will still be available for the game for those who do not feel ready to return in person.
If you purchase your ticket before they go on general sale, your details will be checked against our season ticket database from 2019/20, and tickets will be voided with no refund if it does not match.
Any remaining tickets will go on general sale for non-season ticket holders at 5pm on Friday 14th May. Non-season ticket holders who purchase tickets before this time will be voided without a refund.
Away supporters will NOT be permitted to attend, as per the rules set by The National League.
Any visiting supporters that attempt to attend the game will be ejected without a refund.

SHERWOODS: £5 (120 spaces available)
THE HANGAR: £2 (96 spaces available)
Entrance to the bars will be strictly on a first come, first serve basis.
The bars will be open before the game, at half-time, and after the match. By purchasing a ticket you will be allowed entry to the applicable bar as well as a complimentary pie.

OTHER MATCHDAY PROTOCOLS
Matchday Parking – There will be 150 spaces available in the car park on a first come first served basis, this will open an hour before kick-off. To avoid handling cash, we will not be taking payments for parking at this time.
There will be NO in-person ticket sales before or on matchdays. This is to limit the contact between people on the premises. Supporters must attend with tickets on a device, or printed out, to be scanned at the turnstiles.
All turnstiles will be open to spread out the flow of supporters entering.
The club shop will be open, but will only be accessible from outside the ground with social distancing measures enforced.
Upon arrival, supporters will have their temperature taken and will be offered hand sanitiser. If your temperature is too high, you can step aside and be checked twice more. If you still exceed the limits, you will be asked to leave the premises.
Seats will be clearly marked with a red cross to indicate where supporters cannot sit, and they can not be reserved for this game. It is likely you will be sitting in a different seat to the one you usually have, or even in a different part of the ground to where you have sat for years due to the current circumstances.
Face masks are required when moving around the ground unless proof of being exempt can be shown. When stationary in your seat, face masks can be removed.
Should any footballs enter the stands, supporters must not return them to the field of play. You must return the ball to a steward, who will appropriately clean and disinfect it before returning it to the pitch.
There will be a strict NO SMOKING OR VAPING policy at all times around the ground, as per the National League’s rules.
There will be toilet facilities available around the ground. Please maintain social distancing and be patient if the facilities become crowded at peak times, such as half-time and after the game.
When supporters enter the ground, you will not be allowed to leave and return again. Please ensure you have all your belongings with you before entering.
When exiting the ground, please be aware that you may be guided out to ensure that social distancing is observed.
If you are showing any symptoms of coronavirus, please do not attend the game.
We can’t wait to have the Spitfires supporters back in the stands again, make sure you purchase your tickets HERE
