From new music magazine:
“National league footballer Ayo Obileye has today quit his job as a footballer with Eastleigh FC to tour with emerging metalcore act BlueMetal. The group have a 46 date tour starting this week and culminating in the download festival.
It is thought that fellow footballer Paul McCallum may provide backing vocals for some of the tour.”

Calm down, calm down, SOE. Does no one any harm & a few may have been taken in for a while. Keep it up, Rendel. There's been a few good ones, VAR in the Northern League, anyone?
If you're saying April Fools are for kids, maybe that's more a comment on where you're at. Sorry about the grammar, there, any nitpickers.

Whatever keeps some people going I guess. The rest of us will keep going to work, paying bills and living in the real world.

Well, kept me occupied for a few minutes on a long car journey anyway :0)
Went to Weymouth for the day and saw a certain gentleman in the holiday park from our Conference South days by the name of Jamie Brown.

I thought it was quite harmless and it was not difficult to determine that it was a hoax and I personally welcome an attempt to lighten the mood even if it does not appeal to everyone.
I expect that many of us on here work for a living, pay bills and have to face life's challenges.

The main point being I don’t even think 10 year old kids do April fools anymore.

Willk, in case you hadn't noticed, there were April Fools all over the media on Sunday. BBC Breakfast presenters were had over Brexit emojis, Heat magazine broke the news that Liam Gallagher was the first confirmed contestant for Strictly Come Dancing and it was also claimed that the European Parliament has decreed all European passports are to be blue.
All just a bit of harmless fun. Lighten up and stop suggesting everyone should conform to your own idiosyncratic morals & ideals.
