We have the third worse defensive record in the division after Guiseley & Torquay. And the rich vein of attacking seems to have dried up. Say no more.

Every team knows how to beat us. Just put it down our left hand side. An average winger will beat Woods every time.

It is hilarious that we are now in crisis again after people were talking play offs 2 weeks ago.
Truth is nothing has changed all season, we have been a mid-table team, with a mid-table squad, that with a run of bad luck will go on a bad run and a bit of good luck will go on a good run but will generally even out over the season.
There has been a definite decision at the club not to waste piles of money trying to get promoted this season and after the chaos of last season this was probably something that had to happen. Question is (assuming we survive, I think we will) what is the situation for next season? Is the result of 2016/17 going to mean 2 or 3 seasons (maybe longer) of consolidation or are we going to go for it again. Personally, I think, as supporters we are getting value for money and anything like success on the pitch is an added bonus, but given the example shown earlier in the season towards RH, how long will it be before the same supporters start the same process with AH?
