Will it be on and what score do you predict.
Hope the rain doesn't cause a problem and we can get a win - i'm going for 2 v 1

Is there a planned pitch inspection, and if so when? I am assuming the game goes ahead.

Impressed that the match officials were there to inspect the pitch! Should be no doubt after that. Next forecast for heavy rain is at 1800, so hope it it's accurate Woking have faded after a good start - we will overtake them if we win today. I'm sure they'll be up for it, though (their fans certainly will be), and they did look good in the FA Cup. Effiong impressed up front in those games. I'll go for a draw or a narrow win.

No idea why, but I'm optimistic for this one 3-1 EFC.

Nah, I’ll go for awful game , with us nicking it 1-0-result only thing that matters.

3 points is what matters today, winning at home has been so rare I don't care how we do it.

Its odd that on this forum there has been so much talk of the dire, turgid football on offer at the Silverlake this season. Well I'll give you the first half was dull, but the second half, had everything, could have ended almost any score and many of us left completely breathless. We've been here, several times previously.
Keeping the positive thoughts going, we are now 3 matches unbeaten under AH, we have scored 5 goals and Zebroski is a man reborn. I thought once again he was exceptional. Now all that said, this was overall a rubbish performance. This is nowhere near good enough for us to be challenging for a top half place, let alone a play off place, and you would hope the new man, can see it and do something about it. Lets start with some basic defending, as a unit, lets start to know where each other is. At the back today, we were a complete shambles. Someone next to me, said Woking had pace, they only had pace because we are SO slow. The second goal was a case in point, our lumbering carthorse came in far too late, and gave away the penalty. I know I keep banging on about it, but why has it not been addressed, when are we finally going to get some players, front and back with pace?
I'm confident we will stay up, not confident I will see another home win this season, but I do think we will squeeze enough points together, by hook or by crook; but this team is nowhere near good enough and this was yet another perfect illustration of that fact.
PS No I was not entertained.

Decent enough game, especially second half. Looked to me like two mid-table sides. Ref was terrible again at times , let play flow quite well at others.
We were better first 20 mins but they were getting through far too easily nearer the break because the full backs were not in tune with the central defenders.
Coming forward, as was said, we lacked pace, but we also lacked a bit of invention. Yeates is the only one who can do the unexpected, but he is still a bit 'hit and miss' for me.
Second half was quite exciting - didn't see how bad the foul was for the red card, but the ref was on the other side to me and had a very good view. After that we took the lead (not sure if Zeb expected his shot to go in, too many players between him and the far post) and then we looked for another. The equaliser was like a cold shower, they got an extra gear, even with 10 men, then they took the lead with the penalty. Both goals were really poor from our point of view. Having said that, we kept going and probably deserved our equaliser, with a draw a fair result - they are a decent team, not sure why they are having such a bad run.
Entertainment was certainly provided by their manager on the sidelines! You can't say he's not committed to the cause.

The sending off was a dreadful challenge; studs up. A sending off all day long.

Thanks - None of their players seemed to have a problem with it. Even their manager was protesting less than usual.
I thought the pitch was very good considering the weather we've had.

I really enjoyed the game and was thoroughly entertained which is the main thing for me. I thought our crossing was superb and we had lots of energy from the sides. Very lucky again to get anything but totally enjoyable

An entertaining enough game but another completely shambolic defensive performance. It’s getting rather boring walking away from the Silverlake trying to pretend a late equaliser gives you the same feeling as winning, I’d have taken a 1-0 over 2-2 all day long.
