There seem to be plenty of people in the "Hill Out" camp shouting for the boss to be fired, but when I asked what we do AFTER he's gone I am met with a deathly silence. As far as I can tell, the only suggestion so far was someone who was fired from a team currently BELOW us in the league - hardly progress there!!!! Personally I think we should stick with what we've got until the end of the season and then re-assess the situation (Better the devil you know, as we found out last season), BUT, I am happy for someone to change my mind if they can come up with a XXXX IN rather just spouting the same Hill out sh1te! So, let's hear it - If not Hill - who? ??

Liam Daish. Should of got the job last season. Been there and done it ,got Ebbsfleet to a trophy final and kept them punching above their weight on little or no money with the web owned debacle in charge. Well thought of by people in the game whom I have time for. Lives local as Well. Who knows what he could achieve with a few bob behind him.
But it's pie in the sky because the owners made his bed and nowt will change.

Diash has been out the game a long time. not sure who to suggest.
there would be tons of applicants, many with league experience. I'm sure its crossed Stewarts mind, not saying he will sack hill but hill might walk...

If Hill was going to do the honourable thing he’d have gone by now but like all power crazed deluded individuals he’ll stagger in and take the whole club down with him.

Not suggesting RH will leave in the short-medium term, but when he does it will be interesting how SD (or RH) will choose his replacement. Since Stewart came to the club, no Manager has been appointed after applying for the job. Maybe it's about time that happened?

Chris Kinnear @ Dover. Not under contract, got little club in Dover with a small budget and a whole new squad this season Top of the league. No other batter person, just hope Leyton Orient don’t get him before we do.

Kevin Nicholson (ex Torquay United manager) was in the Blue Stand tonight sitting next to Torquay's ex CEO.
Were they looking the team over or on a scouting mission? I think Hill won a stay of execution tonight. He is on thin ice. Most of the Eastleigh fc players who are injured or second string were sitting next to or behind me tonight. Not sure they are happy. But you could see the relief on Richard's face when our second goal went in. If we had lost, I think he would be gone by tomorrow. See how the next two games go.
