Hiya all,
Just a bit of feedback ( as know your chairman is on here sometimes )
Few issues with fans of ours with pre-purchased tickets
Ordered them online and asked for them to be posted- all in plenty of time- come Friday they had not arrived so called ticket office to be told by the person who answered that he is unable to access information about tickets that have been ordered but he will leave two at the main ticket office for me to collect- bringing in my email confirmation - fair enough
Come Saturday, I arrive and there are no tickets at the main office and was asked to go to the away turnstiles which I did and you guessed it no tickets there either- sent back to the main ticket office who then sent me back to the away before we were let in
Not the end of the world and appreciate we bring more than others but if you pay for postage and they dont arrive to then be sent back and forwards is a bit of a faff so probably needs looking at
Have to say its a trip I really enjoy making, your fans are all sound and its a nice ground
As its happened to a couple of fans on social media just thought it was worth mentioning

sounds like a bit of error, hope it was a one off and eastleigh can learn from any mistake
