@ 7.30, priced at £30 a head, includes food and live music. Really like what the club are doing here, trying a few different things. Hopefully they will get reasonable numbers for this. www.facebook.com/events/1407545079321620/

My girlfriend and I will be there. Its great that the club are holding events like this; us supporters need to get along if we can, and play our part.

Yes, if people are in a position to. Not every fan out there can blow £100 with drinks etc on an evening out.

No of course not that's why I said "if we can". We can all support the club in different ways, whether that is financially, by turning up at home games and making lots of noise, by travelling to every game, by just being encouraging and giving support. The key is we all play our part, and preferably resist from saying how our part is better than anyone else's. The club needs us ALL. Just play your part, that's all I ask, and what is your part? Well that's for you to say.

Yes, me and my girlfriend went. About 55 people attended, I would guess 40+ being Portuguese. The band who played most of the evening spoke and sung almost entirely in Portuguese, so it really was an evening with a difference. The food was excellent, choice of two three course meals - I had Chicken dumplings - Piri piri chicken and a Portuguese biscuit cake, washed down with a couple of glasses of wine. The food was excellent, and the staff first class, attending our every need.
It took place at Sherwoods on the ground floor. Very good. The facility is fantastic, if you haven't been, do.

I think the thing with these type of nights is they are often going to bring in people that largely have not much to do with Eastleigh FC, and thats a good thing.
Have been to 2 comedy nights at the Hangar, the second one had 100 people there and probably under 10 were what you would generally consider "Eastleigh fans". Think we are trying a real "more than just a football club" theme.
