Maybe it's just be me but I found this very confusing last night.
What is the quickest & easiest way to get a ticket, go into the clubhouse for a drink & then go and watch the game? Couldn't work it out for the life of me.
Clupshop seemed half cordoned off (to stop people getting into the ground without a ticket) which is not exactly ideal.
Yet it seemed fairly easy to wander into the clubhouse and then through one of the back doors without buying a ticket.
Think the club needs to have a serious think about this!

One of the reasons for having PSFs. Hopefully the club will have worked those sorts of things out last night.

The downstairs bar arrangements need attention, too. There was a sizable Q nearly an hour before KO due it seems to having just a single cash till available.

Me too. It's been closed because of the Beer Festival. Letting the beer stand.

It makes sense for the Clubshop to have a barrier as the Turnstiles are supposed to be used for entry.

I guess its largely a question of working out which doors to keep locked at which times. I do think it would make more sense to have the entrance to the club shop - the once facing stoneham lane - outside the ground rather than inside the ground.
Obviously last night was only a friendly & non segregation so the club will only have learnt so much. Guessing when the season starts the aim will be to have all fans enter the ground via a turnstile, rather than through doors in the new building.
I guess the other thing to think about is the Hangar/old clubhouse. I had assumed that would be fully outside the ground with no access to the stadium through any of its exits. The general plan (as I thought) was to have it as a pre-match bar for a mix of home/away fans.
Anyway lots of questions, think/hope it will all come out in the wash, though suspect it may well take a few more weeks for the club to fully work things out.
