Right, while there's nothing going on I looked around this forum and found you can see how many posts you've made - and how many the others have as well. I am mortified to find that there are only three other people who have so too much time on their hands or such a limited range of lifestyle options to have posted more stuff than I have. Congratulations Rendel, Keith and Tony. Sorry Martin you just missed my total by a few. Roll on the new season.

I check daily early morning so if there is a topic I like, I'll join the debate, or start one.

I think this forum has seen a total post count approaching 100,000.
Didn't realise how close I was to 5,000, blimey!

Well this is my 500th post. However a lot of my posts are sent using the quick reply option. On another forum that I occasionally use we have a person who is nearing his 16000th post, which would even comfortably beat tenacres.

Never mind guys. If we didn't win the top 7 or whatever, we know we are keeping the Forum globe spinning on its axis. And I have no doubt that if you chose a longer time frame Malcy might be top of the pops, possibly on number of posts but, if not, certainly in terms of quality of observation.

I sometimes think that quality of observation can be a subjective thing. There are several posts that result in other people clicking the like button that I personally do not see in the same way.
