Nice to see another National league club following SD's lead on sensible pricing of early-bird season tickets.
They priced Adults at £99 and under 19s at £20 !!! As a result their sales during the Early-bird offer which has now closed have topped 1,800, nearly twice their average attendance last season.
Well done W.F.C. (no sarcasm intended, honest)

Great news. It means they will be watched by people next season, and we all benefit as that means more people watching our team, so well done Woking.

Sutton have done it for the last couple of season as well!
Of course we were the non-league pioneers of it, back in 2013 I think it was.

I think a club does discounted season tickets it is likely to be a several year commitment as it seems very unwise to halve prices for one season and then double (or more) them back to a "normal" price the next.
Of course the obvious downside of cheap season tickets is the loss of pay on the day revenue.
the obvious gain is a probable increase in size of fanbase.
The less obvious gains are many: increased secondary spends, potential better team performance from increased crowds, potential increased advertising from increased crowds, generally raises profile of club.
Of course its a gamble, the downside is tangible whereas the potential gains are unknown and hard to calculate.
I'm sure virtually everyone at Eastleigh FC is glad we did this 4 years ago. Easy to say in hindsight but a great decision that we have benefited massively from!
