Dreadful absolutely dreadful. Is MA the right man ? From what iv seen so far no . We had a far better side last season . No organisation no passion no desire no will to win . This is not an Eastleigh team we are used to seeing . I feel for the likes of Greener who have to try an play with that rubbish . I've been very disappointed so far, with results and the quality of player he has brought in, they all seem passed it. Just because they worked at Barnet a few seasons ago doesn't mean they will work here I fear after his health problems a few weeks before joining us he is now just here to build his pension fund. We are clearly paying him a lot!!

Is MA the right man for the job?
YES!!
Firstly we cannot lose another manager this season, thats final. We need some stability in the team and MA will bring that.
This team is made up mainly of toddy and Ronnies players, both of which play a different system to MA! So if you understand football and tactics you need to understand this. The players coming in such as bondz and Henderson are the kind of players MA uses. His Barnet team that went up was BIG, athletic and quick with experience. So far I believe we have. Big squad, cressy, Read and Bondz just prove this.
I fully expect us to finish top 3 next season with a big squad, lot of balls down the wings, crosses into the box for a big striker with an agile striker to mop up anything that falls in the box. An experienced midfield with someone in th shape of Drury in there (a massive loss for us) and some real battlers and leaders.
On the subject of big strikers, what do we think of the Woking striker Ugwu? Thought he held th ball up very well, played mainly as a lone striker and won a lot in the air. Never seen Bondz struggle with someone before. Wouldn't mind us looking at him in the summer!

Whatever has happened to Woking's support. I knew they had struggled to get a decent home gate before Christmas - just 960 for visit of Guiseley, but 183 away fans today - we're only 45 mins apart on the fast train. They used to bring many times that when we both in the Conference South.

PS Ugwu is only on a 1 year deal so would be free in June for us!

Appreciate it is not MAs team as a whole yet, but after 2 months in charge I would hope for better then that today. I'm sure it will get better I just hope we see some sort of improvement soon. 4 home games in a fortnight from Valentine's I would love a couple of wins ❤

Greener playing and getting subbed was a strange one MA obviously doesn't rate him so why did he start?

To keep the fans happy? Not sure Muggleton added anything when he came on. I'm yet to see a throw of his produce anything!

MA has made 7+ signings so far!?! We were doing it ok we seem to have gotten a lot worse.
7+ signings so far and very few look good enough. I'm not holding up huge hope for summer signings going on what I've seen so far!
How can we say it's not his team after all the transfers to and from the team!!!

I thought that, but worrying if MA is picking the team based on the fans and like you say Muggleton doesn't seem to add anything anyway. Strange decisions strange performance!!!

True but how many seasons have togwell, stack, Strevens and Henderson got left? Will be another team of strangers next season. All of these are new over the last month and a bit. Where's the future planning?

Strange to make a sub at 40 minutes as well, Garret didn't look injured and seemed as surprised as us when he came off. Not a day to be remembered.

Bit of a disappointing one. Fully respect Allen however, and have full faith - Bringing in so many new faces in who he knows well and letting many others go is always going to mean we play like we are for a few weeks / months as the team hasn't fully bonded yet. I think he has strong hoped of getting this bunch of players to know each other very well ready for next year and target promotion then.
