Just thinking with Clarke injured,Brown cup tied and Huddart God knows where who will actually be between the sticks for the only game that matters (apparently) this season?!

Stick Taylor in, we might see him actually do something then.
Jokes aside, how did we get into this mess, you really do have to ask some serious questions on this.

That hadn't clicked until now!! That is a dire situation!! I think Mark Childs, who played a bit preseason for us, is out currently too. Play 3 centre backs... We've got enough of them!!

Huddart is rumoured to have returned to Arsenal, if true then the club have had over a week to resolve the goalie position for the cup tie, so what exactly has RM been doing about it? Unless of course Huddart is coming back?

Possibly a silly question but-
Is Scott Brown definately cup tied?
As far as I an see he was a non playing sub for Wycombe in the 1st round (they beat Pompey 2-1). Does this cup tie him?
A quick look on google gives conflicting answers

I didn't think he was cup tied but I think Wycombe said he couldn't play!

Ineligible to play I believe was the phrase. Which means they have blocked us using him. Just like we blocked Essam playing against us at Woking. I guess as there is a chance at some point we could play them??

Might be worth a phone call to Wycombe and asking them for a favour!
Wycombe play on Saturday at Chesterfield so could be out the FA cup by the time we play Halifax.

Our former striker James "the cat" Taylor has been playing occasionally in goal for Team Solent - maybe we could dual sign him!

Fear not. Dads going down to the ground to train with the lads. He was coached (only 50 odd years ago) by Alan Hodgkinson MBE lol!!
