FA Youth Cup draw is up on the FA website.
We're at home to Hungerford Town week of 17 October. This is the last Qualifying round, before the Football league L1 and L2 clubs join in.

Excellent, Wednesdays team had more excitement attacking wise than the team that made it to Gillingham two years ago so let's hope for more of the same.

They are in the same league as us (but below us) so a decent draw on paper?
Lets hope for 2 lots of FA cup success this season :0)

Can this be updated on the forthcoming games for Eastleigh thread. Especially as it is this week.

The thread hasn't had youth games in it so far, but I think an exception should be made for this one.
Weds 19th @ 19.45.
Hopefully should get a few watching.
150+?

One game away from the L1 and L2 clubs - the lads deserve a decent crowd on Wednesday.

I know that mate but I also know a lot of fans don't like walking down the lane in the dark, and the grounds hardly in the middle of a transport hub.

People don't know how to walk down the lake in the light or the dark. Just for those who don't know YOU WALK FACING ONCOMING TRAFFIC. This is really important. You are far more at risk of being hit by a car, if they are coming up behind you, especially if you are wearing dark clothes.

See thus everywhere people walking in the road on the same side as the traffic is going, I was always told walk facing the traffic from my school days

Correct Granmist. What this means is, is that those of us walking correctly ie facing the traffic, are at risk because others are walking on the opposite side of the road, thus narrowing the space for cars, who are sometimes travelling at 40-50mph. Now some of you reading this might think "what's that old prat on about?". With the crowds we are now getting, despite the sensible precautions that the club and the authorities are putting in place, there could be an accident, God forbid a fatality. So please WALK FACING THE TRAFFIC when you are going to, or leaving EFC. If you can't or won't do this, then get a bus, a lift or a taxi. Seeing your dead or injured body, would seriously spoil my day.

Quite agree with all these comments, but they're not really appropriate on this thread. Maybe there needs to be a reminder from Denis during every game. As a driver, I find it incredible that people walk towards Swaythling on the same side of the road as traffic.
