Do we stick with Kelvin as despite our shocking results and bottling of results I believe we have done enough to stay up?

Think it was tough for him to inherit the worst defensive team in the league at the time, however it is so hard to defend him if he continues to play a back 5, we saw against Hartlepool we were much better after switch to a back 4, and we defo should of won that game if not for their keeper. There is definitely potential with Davis I just feel the whole defence needs overhauling. Only 5 teams have scored more goals than us this season whilst we have conceded the second most goals, that alone shows where the problem is.

Absolutely not. The second half capitulation today was appalling and he just stood there and let it happen. Too late with subs and nothing in terms of passion coming from the sidelines. Whats frustrating is the first half was excellent. The team just downed tools and stopped working for him. Still in big, big danger of going down.

I wouldn’t rule out KD for next season but we definitely need a non KD plan.
Advertise the job the day after the season ends?
Or would we hand pick another manager?

Can see what will happen, we’ll probably win the last few games and think oh we’ll keep KD and allow him and hilly to pick all the players. Bad start and sack him after 5 games. Ground hog day goes on…

Ardley is available and I would be surprised if Stuart Maynard survives much longer at Notts. Both experienced men who know the division well.

Ground hog day goes on… That’s the worry. The short term is the next 4 games and getting the points to get over the line. The longer term also needs thought. We’ve got a long off season to get everything in place with recruitment etc, hope we make good use of it.

Ground hog day goes on… Richard Hill, who's not at the club, getting the blame for future hypothetical situations. Feel like I'm on acid reading this forum sometimes. The players are **** , no spine, no backbone, no character, wouldn't watch them if they played in my back garden. Worse at defending on home soil than Ukraine

He was at the Woking game watching it with Stuart!! Small chance he’s just watching it as a mate of Stuart’s but it’s highly likely he’s doing something behind the scenes. I dunno what information you’re going off.

STOP PRESS, shock as man is a fan of Eastleigh Football Club, having invested a lot of time into it to get it into this league and having been involved for many more years than our average supporter. Quiet day at the rumour mill?

Sorry Callum Hill, I’ve got nothing against your dad. But I’m just saying I wouldn’t be surprised if he is doing something behind the scene, or has some sort of role at the club. No issue with that but we’ve got to get the recruitment process right otherwise we’re going to end up with as you put it more **** for another season

Worse at defending on home soil than Ukraine Well the buck has to stop with the director of football who authorised the signings of the players who you say are s***….all so the same director of football who jumped ship when the dream of playing man united failed to materialise. He did a great job 10 years ago, again when he had a huge budget with a full time side in a semi pro league.

Really hope your fortunes changed, removing the manager after a string of bad results always appears to be the easy solution.
Hilly in his first time round done a great job for you, then went off to Sunderland with Stewart & co before returning, great cup run this season but fell away in the league. Not complaining as your dip in form how coincided with our run to hopefully cement a top half finish, without the -10 we would have made the playoffs.
Really hope things are sorted for the club and spitfires fans. The mission is on for Southend to win the league next season.
