Hoping we can break 2k today. And of course 3 points!

Will the players respond after RH's interview revealed that he felt that some of them were 'not quite where they should be physically'? 11th game of the season and they're not fit enough???!!! Who bought these players? Oh. This would explain Tuesday's second half performance somewhat.
Anyway, Kiddy are finding it hard back up at the level, especially away from home (lost 0-3 at Gateshead recently), so although I'm sure they'll battle hard, there will hardly be a better chance for our team to get a win under their belts.

Good to see that despite the dreadful performance on Tuesday, Hill has the tactical intelligence not to change the team! Despite them being unfit! What a manager.

Pretty good performance, to be fair I think that was the best 11 available, maybe Rutherford should have started. Looked a bit tired after about 70 mins, could do with pace in the side/on the bench to stretch it out. Main thing is that we got 3 points and are moving up the table.

Thought we were **** against a ****e team. Rutherford needs to start and Nwabuokei cant even get off the bench when the midfield seems to give up at 65 min.

Yeah I didn’t think it was much of a performance against a poor side with the worst record in the division. Still we are now in the right half of the table & Paul McCallum seems to have found his scoring boots so not all bad!

I also didn’t think it was anything to write home about. Would agree with the comment ****e performance against a ****e team haha. But can’t argue with 3 points. Much needed. Not sure it was the performance to kick start our season. Still hoping for a new manager for that

Harsh decision to give Kidderminster the early pen.
Didn’t see the incident on halftime, some saying our player was stamped on

Still far too many unforced errors for my liking.
Narrow but deserved win against a team who could be going back down again - terrible penalty given away, then two excellent headers by McCallum (and superb cross for the second from Rutherford).
Otherwise it reminded me a bit of the Oxford City game - we got in front then looked to hold them off in the second half. Against a better team we'd probably have lost this one. The difference this time was that the players looked slightly stronger and despite possession, they didn't look much like scoring. I felt that if the ball was in their half we looked decent, if it was in our half we looked dodgy. Rutherford made sure we were more in their half in the second half. Atangana held the midfield position quite well, I've always been happy with the front three, provided the ball comes their way.
Injuries have been a factor - hopefully there will be more players to choose from soon.
Seven points from nine games isn't bad until you look at the performances, and the fact that all three opponents were promoted sides. Still lots to improve on but the pressure must have eased a bit. Mid-table now! Three tough away games and a home game against arguably the best of the promoted sides to come. Let's see where we are after those.
Ref wasn't great - missed a few things which got our players (and bench) upset - RH seemed to get a yellow for telling McCallum to calm down and walk away from the bloke who'd knocked him down.

A big concern for me is our players mentality we more often than not have awful refs and they seem to lose their heads and their focus.

I thought the referee had a very good game today. The incident with Paul M was dubious but assume not seen by any of the officials whilst the Scott Q incident was accidental as the player tried to jump over him as the two tangled.
