If LB brings in his promise of a high press and exciting football with a better budget provided by SD then I'm fine with backing him, but if he continues this dour, boring, timewasting style, particularly away from home then I'll be on the LB out campaign. He's got a talented squad, just add the strikers who find the net regularly and play the football we love to see that entertains and excites. SD has an aura of being infectious about his dreams and hopes for EFC, he's well capable of getting us fans on the ride with him because he is a chairman who is approachable and mixes with the fans on the terraces. The club is about to come alive again with belief and hope he can finally deliver League football, but he will tell you we must all pull together in one direction, and that means supporting LB too, more importantly if LB delivers then he won't find a better chairman than SD to work for. It's just great he has returned, and our away support will also surely return, I eagerly await the fixtures coming out to start planning the trips. COYS.

I was in the LB out camp at the end of the season, if he plays better football next season I'll happily eat my words.

Bradbury said last season he was going to play attacking football . Well all i can say is that was the most boring season i have seen at the lake . Never before have i considered leaving at half time but i certainly did on a few occasions last season . Please dont tell me he didnt have the players to play attacking football because he did , and on the odd occasion we did see it . I hate to say it but my enthusiasm has gone . I sincerely hope im wrong but i cant see it being any less boring next season as things stand .

If as many people told me last season's squad were punching above their weight and we did better than we should have to end up 9th, why have we retained so many of them? If, as I feel, the squad were more than capable, but LB's tactics held us back, will throwing more money at him make any difference? I'd love to see him finally come good on his high press, attacking entertaining football promise he made when first hired, but I fear a leopard can't change their spots and we will be closer to NL South than the EFL at the end of next season, no matter what budget we have.

If as many people told me last season's squad were punching above their weight and we did better than we should have to end up 9th, why have we retained so many of them? Because we were well-stocked defensively, but we were lacking a true creative midfielder and set-piece taker, and had to 'make do and mend' up front, with several people being brought in during the season, some on loan, to support Whitehall. We also seemed to be lacking depth of squad at times, particularly around Easter and beyond. I'm still unsure as to how much the slump in form at the end was due to that, and how much due to the manager. I would also agree that we have retained maybe too many players, some of them may have been on contract though.

I am sure there are things said at the meeting that have not already been commented upon.
I think though with Lee Bradbury some people have not liked the style of football played last season or some of the things the manager has said.
However I personally think the balance between results and entertainment. Last season we played 13 league games in which only one goal was scored and won 11 of them. WE also played 6 games in which both teams score two or more goals and won 2, drew 1 and lost 3. This might indicate we are more effective in tight games than in more open contests.
I think the fact that Alfie Lloyd was our third highest scorer with 5 goals all scored in a 4 goal period indicates we need more goalscoring outlets next season, even though in terms of goals per game it was our nest season since 2018/19.
With some of our better players signed for next season, I think we have something to build on, although with a bigger budget and higher expectation it remains to be seen how things will work out.
