It certainly sounded like it from the way Alex Pike was talking about him/the club on the radio on Monday.

It's not official yet but AP said on the radio that Stewart Donald was the owner.

I was chuckling my way through Mid Wales listening to the game thinking 'hes saying too much here' as he does most games. In an innocent way. That game was a big f**k up. I know we have the most points at home other than Wrexham and Notts but if we don't get 3 pts tonight I presume we'll get someone else in to see the run in through....

......I know we have the most points at home other than Wrexham and Notts but if we don't get 3 pts tonight I presume we'll get someone else in to see the run in through.... Even I think that's a bit harsh! LB had a plan to "Bore us into the Football League". With us clinging onto a play off spot with just 4 games left, I'd let him see the season out to see if his cunning plan actually works. But I would definitely like to see a change at the end of the season, even if we do somehow manage to win the play offs.

I never thought he was up to the job after the FIRST game, let alone the last one. But there is on need to rush now into replacing him. As "Operation bore our way to Football League" looks like it will end in unsurprising failure, let's start looking at his replacement but not rush into it. This season is done & dusted so let's look at getting it right for next season.

On Twitter now, confirming him as a majority shareholder.

YEEEEEEEESSSSSSS!!!! Just the news we needed. Whether you like Stewart or not, he does have a positive can do attitude, and his presence (not to mention his wallet) will be a welcomed sight back at the SilverStad. First step should be upgrading the manager, then upgrading the stadium which will hopefully reunite the fanbase.

Of the 3 things you mention there Mark, for me, uniting the fanbase is top of the list With ticket prices going up (too much IMO), getting fans who are going to walk away, coming back should be the immediate aim. We can sort a new manager (if that's what SD wants in the coming weeks), but getting fans back needs to happen now, before they find somewhere else to go next season.

We have, or are likely to have, lost many fans this season. I think it is a combination of the new ST pricing, the (lack of) quality of the football & the the apparent lack of investment in the ground (The stand behind the goal). I hope those wavering on their support for next season give Stewart the chance to get back into the swing of things and give him a chance to unite the fanbase again.

On Twitter now, confirming him as a majority shareholder. Not quite yet. It hasn’t actually happened. Looks to be a formality though. Welcome back Stewart

Yes, welcome back Stewart.
I'm sure he'll do it differently this time, but one thing that will definitely improve is the communication. That should help to bring fans on board.
Otherwise, he'll have seen what can happen at Wrexham if resources are used appropriately.....
