They play in the National League U19 Youth Alliance. Eastleigh have three teams in this, first year scholars (basically under17), second year scholars (under 18) and EDS (aka Elite Development Squad) under 19.
All league games are Wednesday afternoon. As often two sides are at home you would get a 12 Noon and 2pm kick off. Games are played at the Stoneham Lane Complex, just under the motorway bridge. But with the pitch upgraid it is possible some of the EDS games may be played on the main Silverlake pitch.
The clubs Academy twitter site normally give details of the fixtures but that is often not updated to around 10.30 on Wednesday morning. I have asked if they could publish this on Mondays, despite agreement that this was a good idea it hasn't happened up to now.
Best insite for the fixtures is therefore on the FA full time website. This covers nearly every league in the country, so you need the National League Youth Alliance for a league search. There will be a dozen or so divisions so you need to identify the ones Eastleigh are in. Each division has tabs for results and fixtures. Fixtures normally have accurate venues and ko times. Nothing is on there yet for 2021-22 season. Worth searching for to get acquainted with the site as it has previous season details on it.
The under 18 side will play in the FA Youth Cup, this is a midweek evening ko and the club publish the details as rounds are drawn. As a National League side Eastleigh do not enter to a later qualifying round so first game in this around October.
The under 19s form much of the first team in the Hampshire Senior Cup.
There is a tweet on the Academy twitter feed dated 13th July with all the pre season fixtures listed for the EDS side.

Very decent 2-2 draw at Shaftsbury tonight (Thurs 22nd). Two goals by Lyle Simpson, who I note is signed with Brockenhurst in the Wessex as well.
Shaftsbury managed this year by the Christchurch management team from last year so will have a very decent Wessex season, especially with their newly installed 3G pitch.

I said it years ago but we should be entering the Wessex League of our own accord rather than farming players out in odds and sods. We just competed tonight against a team who will be easily top half. If the Wessex will take on rubbish like Infinity who have no ground and Millbrook formerly known as Bush Hill we would be accepted with ease imo.

The reserve team element in conjunction with the pyramid steps I think will stop the Wessex admitting any further reserve teams. A few years ago they had Weymouth Reserves as members in Division One and there were many anti that at the time. Only lasted one season. Even the Hampshire League only have one reserve team, Moneyfields, perhaps the Wessex would have to admit them if they won that league this season. In the overall pyramid there are reserve teams up to and including Step 6 but non at Step 5 or higher, I do not know if that is a cut off point or not.

Personally, I think Millbrook will do well in Wessex 1 with the team they have and if there is continued stability behind the scenes, will challenge for a Wessex Prem place soon. Infinity do have a stable groundshare with Hythe and Dibden, but I'm not so sure about stability on and off the pitch, although they appear to have a new set of people in charge. Last season's team would have done well in Wessex 1. However, they've been the dominant teams in Hampshire Prem football for a few seasons now, so I think they fully deserve a crack at Wessex football, as befits the Pyramid structure. It would also be nice to see some of the poorer Wessex 1 teams go down to the HPFL..... By the way, what's this Hampshire Combination and Development League (think it used to be the Wyvern)? Would this suit our Dev squad? It looks as if it might be a good mixture of adult reserve teams and some Dev squads.

At one stage I suggested our second team played in the Wessex League, but a few years ago the Hellenic League had several reserve/development teams playing in it and that did not seem to make fixtures easy to arrange.
In one case a team played on Saturday and then played a Reserve/Development team on the Monday. The first team of the club running the Reserve/Development team did not have a game on the Saturday and played several of their first team players in the Monday fixture.

To be fair not all the 1st and 2nd year scholars are physically ready for men’s football. For these players the National Youth Alliance league is a much better fit. Games are generally competitive. However, some players are ready for the step up. I know that Sholing have signed four second year scholars and they have been regularly appearing in the first team during pre-season. One of them as a16 year old played for Sholing against Torquay in the FA Cup last season. I wonder how many will make the transition to first team football at Eastleigh?

You spoke too soon re Infinity , will they leave before even kicking a Wessex League football in vain. Re the Wyvern, steer clear. Nowhere near good enough for our youngsters, we should be aiming for minimum Step 6 men's football for the Year 1's

Yes, the Infinity manager and his assistant has left. Not sure what's going to happen there.
I see the Dev squad beat another Wessex Prem (Step 5) team today - 3-1 at Alresford.
