Just received email giving 3 options for current season ticket holders 1) Pro rata refund for games not played 2) Pro rata deduction from next season’s ticket 3) Choice to not claim refund
This applies to car parking tickets as well
Cost of new season tickets to be unchanged from 2019/2020 season
More info on new season tickets to be given in August when situation clearer. Looking at starting season in September finishing end May with fans and possible reduced capacity

Pre season games likely to be behind closed doors but live streams/viewing access planned to ST holders. Also Greeners testimonial postponed to later date.

Does anyone know that when it says 'cost of ST unchanged from 2019/2020 season' is that based on/will their be an Early Bird price or is this straight in at the Standard Price (ie in this instance then there is an increase for those who paid Early Bird last year).
This is just a question in case anyone already knows but that bit of information will be crucial in working out the overall cost and deciding if I renew all three season tickets I currently am involved with or just two of them.

I doubt there will be early bird tickets as they are the same price as last season and if selling in August for September start it will be the same cost.

I'm sure the club would allow monthly payments for the ST if I meant you buying 3 instead of 2 they are usually good like that

Thanks so much for your comments, luckily it isn't a total cost thing, but out of the three STs two of us attend all games whereas the third one is for my son who is military. This means he only gets to around 7/8 games a season. At Early Bird prices that is still competitive against match day purchase, not so likely at Standard Charge. So it's just a choice of ST or buying game by game when he is about. Also back of mind about possibility of attendances being limited to STs only. All in all minor problems compared to everything else going on. But thanks for your thoughts.

The e-mail says this:
'At this stage we ask if you could please indicate the option you wish to take for you 2019/2020 season ticket resolution. Using the following link, please complete the form and provide the information. Tickets@eastleighfc.com (multiple season tickets can be included in one e-mail)'
but there is no form attached to fill in. And the link is merely an e-mail address. Are we just supposed to send an e-mail to Tickets@eastleighfc.com with our preference?

If you press reply, the information should come up for you as a template to fill in I think

Didn't receive an email myself as not an ST holder. All I've heard is that if you click reply to EFC email the response template will come up and you can fill that in to send back to them

Correct. On clicking reply to the email they have sent you there is a template for you to edit. You add your name, ST no, your choice from the list of 3 and if you want them to contact you regarding 2020/2021 ST. Says you can add further details of other STs to the same reply if multiple STs in your household.

As a Season Ticket holder, it would have been nice to have received an email, of which you speak. I shan't hold my breath.....

Thanks for your replies - when I hit 'reply', as usual, it just repeats the e-mail again, so I can delete the oversized logo, delete the text I don't want to formulate my answer, and edit the rest, so I'll do that.
But no way is that a template. Maybe it's my mail browser.

My mistake earlier. In the email they sent there is a link part way down. Click on this for the template to complete and then send, it is email format, back to the club.
