That is rotten guess work when the vote yesterday sorted everything out as far as National League is concerned, but League Two can yet open a can of worms about this.
First off, Barrow promoted. There will be a PO winner promoted from the six clubs involved in said PO's. Only Chorley are to be relegated!!!! Wealdstone and Kings Lynn promoted, there will be no PO's in North and South, also no relegation from North and South. Depending on points deduction if found guilty Macclesfield or Stevenage to be relegated to National League. That means National League, 24 teams next season, North 24 clubs, and South going with 23 clubs.
However League Two have threatened, prior to the National League voting yesterday how to conclude their three leagues, that if only one club is relegated, they have changed their rules and denied PO winners promotion from North and South. If said rule change is approved, League Two will, in response vote to deny National League PO winner promotion to League Two and relegate no club, while accepting Barrow because they have a vacancy due to Bury FC being expelled. I think League Two will more than likely win the battle because National League have messed up, why should three clubs not be relegated on points per game? Surely in those circumstances Chorley have a case legally to not be relegated either?

There will be play offs from NLN and NLS SOE aslong as 4 of the teams that qualified are happy to take part, one legged semis with a neutrally hosted final, Havant & W and York City have shown Brian Barwick to be most incompetent and made the league look amateur. Nat Prem have either been protecting a team for some reason for 3 months, because all they've done is come to the normal agreement that should have been found a couple of days after the last game was played. Clubs have now lost vital players who cant join in the play offs, have they got a pitch to play on, have they even got a ground to play on? (York City and Boston U) Got a feeling we will run with extra teams next season because AFC Fylde will fight a legal case for all their lives. Doswell has calculated for H&W it will cost up to 20k for wages, stadium clean, testing if they make it through to the play off finals. Add another 3.5k min for additional testing to those that play the extra play off games, money worth spending?

Callum, generally speaking you know more than most of us put together when it comes to Non League, but are you absolutely sure North and South are having PO's? I haven't see it anywhere that they are? That's why only Chorley getting relegated makes sense, to keep the status quo of 24 teams in the league next season. Not saying you're wrong mate, but where did you find out about PO's for North and South?

Callum, thanks for finding that information and posting it. Seems the threat from The Football League had an effect then, which is good, because they were going to vote to not have PO's in North and South originally, but I think the media backlash in some of the national newspapers about that suggestion also damaged the non league plans too. However, all is good, means AFC Fylde, Maidenhead, and Ebbsfleet are relegated too. I hope York City get back up, they deserve their spot, Havant do as well from the South, but we all remember how Dartford collapsed in the PO a couple years back when Havant took the title, the runners up don't always get what they rightly deserve, I'm not a fan of PO's you have 46 games and that should be enough without giving the 7th place club a chance to steal promotion.

I believe, and again Callum will know for sure, the non league have agreed collectively that steps 1 to 7 will all begin at the same time next season, but WILL NOT do so until they are allowed to have fans back. They can't survive without income, so it goes hand in hand, restart with fans allowed back into grounds.

York City Chairman and Paul Doswell calculations have a 100k difference between them.

It does seem to me that with two clubs being promoted out of the National League and only one club being relegated into it that there will be one more club promoted into it than relegated out of it which would seemingly suggest that Maidenhead should be safe, but hopefully tomorrow's Non-League paper will spell out the exact situation.

That makes sense to me as well Malcy, well spotted. I'd be delighted because Maidenhead is my favourite visiting ground and was nice to have the fixture on a Saturday last season for a change, hopefully it remains a Saturday next season too.
