The National League and downwards have finished their seasons. The FA have null and voided all levels from step 3, so promotion and relegation is not happening. Step two and ours, The National League are finished but promotion and relegation is still up in the air. If Barrow, Harrogate, York, Kings Lynn, Wealdstone and Havant are promoted without another ball being kicked, then teams like South Shields and Jersey Bulls have a legal case to take the FA on, once again they acted without thinking it all through properly and if there is promotion at step one and two, they've opened a can of worms they can't shut. So the obvious conclusion is no teams will be promoted or relegated at any level, so then Leeds, West Brom ect ect will start legal proceedings as well. There has to be promotions and relegations, some will end up losing out, but its better than having legal nightmares in court.
