For me did seem a bit oTT. Must have been about 50 yards between the fans. Seats behind the goal all empty.
I know there was hassle at the last game but this can't be right can it?

Saints at home again, and apparently Fontwell races, both take stewards away, so I see it as being the pragmatic answer to any possible problems. Very quiet in the Mackoy today. Any reason?

I would suggest that a lot of the noisier fans chose to sit elsewhere. Can't be right if you can't even sit behind the goal?!

Where have all the noisey, atmosphere-building , drum beating fans gone? Tranmere fans were a credit to their team today! Definately missing our 12th man!

Build a fantastic new stand and then you can't sit in most of it - bonkers - you couldn't make it up!

Does anyone know why it was never just for home fans. They create such a noise in there, seems a surprise to give those benefits to away support?

unfortunately football, testosterone & muppets have been best buddies in the beautiful game for far too long, so the 'increased' security & segragation may well become the norm for future games in SO50 :-(

We didn't have access to the number of experienced stewards today to allow the usual distribution of home and away fans in the Mackoy stand. The club can't magic stewards out of thin air. The solution used today seemed to work fine. I understand that there are only 2 or 3 more clashes with Saints (cup ties apart).

Doubt it will change for the Aldershot game too high risk with the amount of visiting fans.

Have we got this segregation business sorted for Monday? Looked like there was a cracking atmosphere at orient today, be good to have that at home as well

Imagine spending all that money on a stand for at least half of it used as segregation. Joke! Surposed to be a community stand.
