Looks a good prospect, 19 goals from 34 games last season. This is what WSM have to say about him:-
Scott has agreed terms with Eastleigh. Although he signed a new contract with the Seagulls he was always looking to improve his status. As a Club we would never stand in a players way if they have the opportunity to advance. We would like to thank Scott for all his hard work on our behalf and wish him all the best for the future.
Ryan Northomre First Team Coach said ‘”It’s not an accident that clubs higher in the pyramid are courting after the services of our players. Scott deserves his chance, just like Brad Ash. It’s been enjoyable to coach him and help Scott unlock some more of his potential. He prioritises his football, works hard, is talented and his pace is a real asset. We are going to need to replace his and Brad’s goals in the team this year which will be no easy feat. But we have a good track record of recruiting, growing and getting the best out of our players and we will continue with that trend. “
Welcome to Eastleigh, Scott.

I agree glad to see the club take a punt on a youngster trying to prove himself than waste more money on a player like Tubbs. Did make me laugh though that we fended off competition from Ostersunds FK. Who?! Never heard of them! Quick google search says they play in the Swedish second division.

19 goals in 34 appearances last season with WSM in the NL South. Could be a very canny addition to the Spitfires.

I think Ostersunds were promoted to the Swedish Allsvenskan (top league) last season.
Anyway, as has been said, looks like a promising signing, we don't often buy young players, so good luck to Scott.
I take it that CT describing him as 'incredibly hungry' I take it he didn't mean like Jon Parkin.

Soccerbase said he played 4 games for WSM last season but I am guessing 34 is actually correct!
Bit of a left field signing but lets hope a good one.
