That seems rather a superfluous point as regionalisation increases as you go down the footballing pyramid so its inevitable more teams will be relegated from a division than promoted to the one above.

One promotion spot to the football league was introduced in 1987, the second spot was added in 2003, its probably a matter of time before a third is added, I reckon 5-10 years.

Going back to a point previously made in the thread I think that the majority of leagues below the Southern and Ryman Leagues including the Wessex have a Premier Division with one division immediately below that.
