This game won't need selling Rendel?? Its our last home game and its Tranmere, if we keep racking up points it'll hit 3,000+.

5000 sounds good to me! Our league record is around 4200, I think its unlikely we will beat that but you never know.
Re selling games I see where you are coming from SOE, but you get more rewards marketing the bigger games.
Eastleigh v Tranmere could get a few hundred "first timers" with it being potentially a massive game & Tranmere being the biggest club in the league IMO.
Whereas Boreham Wood on a cold Tuesday night doesn't quite sound so enticing and is a tricky one to "sell" to potential new fans.

What chance BT Spit scuppering these big gate plans by choosing to show the game at some stupid time? And we get no choice!!

Interesting to re visit this thread a few weeks on. Link again: www.facebook.com/events/990876967667677/Crowd is a tricky one to guess. Tranmere are reported to have sold 700 already so could well be bringing 1000. Lets hope we get a good turnout of Eastleigh fans. Oh, and a good turnout from the EFC players as well :0)

Game is looking like a possible 4000+ Would imagine covers go on tomorrow morning (Fri) as there is a forecast for 14 hours of rain from 10am in the area.

First thing I want to say is heads up Jai. Obviously completely distraught/angry at the end when he walked off and I hope he realises tomorrow that it was his unplanned switch back inside that changed our season. Everything to be proud of and hope he is here next season.
Second thing is that Tranmere are a very well drilled and organised team, and although they didnt give us room to play I thought we completely played that game not to lose and perhaps we were expecting Wrexham to turn over Braintree as we took the draw. One goal against, and I cant say it was not deserved, or deserved, and you are up against it. On balance, id say they probably deserved the victory if any team was to win, but a draw would have been a fair result on balance of play.
Thirdly, Maynard is an absolute donkey. How is he a striker in a team which should be football league ? Worst forward I have seen all season. Is he usually that bad ?
Fourthly, we go again next season.

Maynard is not a forward, that is why. He is a central midfielder.

IMO we played that game to sneak a 1-0 and nearly made it. That said Tranmere were the better team and fully deserved the victory.

Just on Maynard, He was awful for us today, infact he has been awful for us all season, just so slow all around the pitch
