I agree with the last sentence. We support them when we win, we support them when we lose.

"That was the best (Braintree) performance of the season."
That's a quote straight from the Braintree manager Danny Cowley in his after match interview.
We would though have got something out of that game if it hadn't been for the Turley sending off. That didn't just mean going down to 10 men. It forced Chris Todd's hand in having to change the set up which in turn led to us using all our subs sooner than we would have liked.
Unfortunately Andy Drury's injury left him almost immobilised and his departure left us playing with 9 men. Even more unfortunately, just before he did go off, he couldn't get a vital challenge in on a Braintree player in the move that led to their second goal.
As for the manager, I would say that CT has all the qualities needed to turn the season around. That was evident from the much improved performances at Forest Green and at home against Cheltenham. There is still the need to freshen the squad up a bit more and if he does manage to get the right players in, we will be competitive again.

Tubbs is making good movements in and around the box, but it seems most of our players aren't on his wave length. I think a lot of people are forgetting he is a league 2 class striker (probably even higher) he just isn't getting the service he needs

Nothing has changed yet....win all the home games, get 4 or 5 points away and we will be in the PO....get behind the team, don't give up.

"That was the best (Braintree) performance of the season." That's a quote straight from the Braintree manager Danny Cowley in his after match interview. Conclusive & irrefutable proof that all teams raise their game against Eastleigh. Lets hope Garry Hill can't say the same thing after the game tomorrow night. 6 game form shows Spitfires lost 5 won 1, Woking lost 5 drawn 1, both sides having scored 5 goals with 12 against. We haven't seen a 0-0 draw for a long time.

A good quality production, pity about the result but you have to give praise where it deserves. I cannot recall seeing many of our highlights for a long time?
