Just a shout about this, we are already filling up a 5th coach which is fantastic. I assume we won't be allowed in their bar at Forest Green, and as far as I know there are 2 pubs in Nailsworth, The George Inn and The Village Inn. Is anyone checking whether EFC fans are welcome? If coaches arrive around 1-30 a lot will be looking for a pint or two. Maybe an idea to stop near Nailsworth instead?

If grown men insist on wearing football shirts, expect to be turned away from home only pubs.

Village inn is 15 minute walk and is CAMRA recommended. Also if you want some scran at half time, unless your a committed vegan, forget it. The clubs run by some eco warrior who's decided to push his views onto everyone else.

Hope so....Just thinking out load here, but it would appear that our recent experiences of trying to sign players, is that we can't just flash the cash at who we want and they come running anymore. We appeared to be almost over the line with 1 player yesterday. Which then turned into "Toddy waiting on a phone call last night", which has today transpired into still no announcement today. So maybe that player has had second thoughts, or is holding out for a better deal? But i suspect its now a lot harder to get the player we want, than it was a couple of seasons back.

I was thinking back to Jason Prior & what happened there. Now back at Bognor & scored 26 goals so far this season!!

I don't think I could cope with another Jason Prior saga. Good luck to him tho. They are still in the Trophy as well

Some good news would be great, looking likely to be after hours now (if at all) which could be too late to put them on display tomorrow.

Good news is two of the three lads were in training today. Bad news is parent club (they were both from the same club) needs them back for match tomorrow due to unforeseen circumstance!!! Very disappointing after so much hard work but may well be able to complete move next week!!!
