I guess everybody is willing them on to do the impossible unless you support Man City or Arsenal. Its ideal their next two games are away at both those teams and they lead by 3 points from City. They can be no worse than 3 adrift if City then beat Spurs at home in the game after, while Leicester are at Arsenal. Leicester then have an amazing run of 9 games which could make it happen, Home games against, Norwich, West Brom, Newcastle, St Marys Mob, West Ham, and Swansea, with 3 away games at, Watford, Crystal Palace, and Sunderland. They have a tough three game finish though, away at Man United, home to Everton, and last game at Chelsea. Man City still have to play Spurs, Man United, and Arsenal at home, with Liverpool and Chelsea away. Arsenal have no big teams left to play at home apart from Leicester, and away they have to go to, Man United, Spurs, Everton and Man City. The fact Man City v Arsenal is the second last match of their season will be a massive advantage to Leicester at that stage, who will be at home to Everton the same weekend. Injuries could be a key factor but Leicester are going to be so close, only two defeats in 24 games is astonishing. One bookmaker has 128 bets on Leicester winning the league at 5000-1 but stressed a lot of these are just 10p and 20p bets from diehard Leicester fans.....why not a £1 bet is beyond me!!!! Manager of the Year and Team of the Year is already sorted, can they put that Premier Trophy in their display cupboard.

Narrowly miss out on top 4 I reckon.
Whatever happens it's been an incredible effort from them

I actually backed them at 10s the other night for the title from a trading perspective. For me, prices were already factoring that were not expecting to take many points from the next 3 games. In to 7s now after last night.
Ive had a small nibble on laying Man Utd top 5 finish at 1.5. I cant see Leicester finishing out of the top 4 now. 10pts for Man Utd, or 11 for West Ham to make up is a massive ask, especially when they are still behind Leicester in pts per game on all recent form lines.
I can see Leicester going to City and coming away with something. Vardy has the ability to murder the City centre halves. Spurs are the ones nobody is massively speaking about. If they had won that league game recently at home to Leicester then they would be top now, fine margins.

I'd be amazed Rendel if they didn't finish in the top 4 now, after their next two games, they have 6 from 9 at home, all winnable, they look nailed on for a top 3 and possibly Champions. Its between City, Leicester and Spurs for me.

So you don't reckon MU can topple Leicester then SOE?
I guess that's what it may well boil down to
Next 2 games are vital, I guess I reckon 0 or 1 points for them (hope I'm wrong) 2 or 3 keeps them on for the top 4 4 or 6 keeps them on track for title bid
Am sure Richard Hill is enjoying it all!

United do not deserve a top four spot Rendel, in any case its the only way that idiot Woodward is going to sack that moron LVG coz he's the only one who thinks he is doing a good job while everybody else can see he is destroying everything in his path. I know for a fact that 3 members of the board want him gone before United start spending millions on players in the summer, meanwhile JM sits waiting for United to call, he is the only option now that Pep has gone over the road to City. What other Manager is there big enough to take him on, it would be fantatic for Manchester let alone the Premier League!!!!

Mourinho would ruin Utd. He ruins every academy at every club he has managed & only ever has a 2-3 yr plan. Although its widely known he is desperate for the job, he will always be a Chelsea man and Utd know that, that's why they haven't gone for him. Maybe Utd should go for Pellegrini, before Chelsea get him (if they haven't already).
Q. How many Utd players would get into the City team? I would say 1, the keeper. That's says it all about how low Utd have dropped & without Champions League football next season, the gap in player ability will only widen.. Pellegrini knows the league, he knows the area, and will be on hand to take on the players that Pep will discard. The players he discards will walk right into the Utd team and will improve them without doubt.

You are right soe, they don't deserve it at the moment. I've just got a feeling they might go on a run & sneak in.
Even if they do, given their resources LVG can hardly claim it much of a success!

Not sure Mourinho would ruin United Paul to be honest, he's desperate for the job and he pledges to play to United traditions. My one worry is those outbursts he makes against everybody and that would harm United worldwide PR arm and brand. According to newspaper reports this morning he has already signed an agreement to be the next man in at United and he's told United to get John Stones at all costs.

Getting John Stones wont win anyone the league. He's a good player, but people are going way overboard about him. Barkley is the best player at Everton by a country mile. Its going forward United need to improve and Mourinho's sides are not known for their free scoring abilities. He's a bit like Hilly, it's all about not losing, rather than going out and outplaying teams to win comfortably. He will not change that style, no matter what he says publicly to get him the job. All that said, I think Utd have to go for him, as he is the biggest managerial name outside of PEP, and Utd really have to start appeasing their fans with the biggest names they can get. I read they bid £145m for Neymar? Clueless, Neymar is not a patch on Messi, or Ronaldo. They going for the wrong man & he will be too weak for the Premier League. Messi to City for sure, so how do Utd match that? They are going to be forced into buying superstars, but who will go to Utd without Champions league football? So it means they will end up paying way over the top for lesser footballing names & will get no one of any significance to make them a team that can once against challenge for the title. The result is that they will fall further and further behind City and you'll probably see Arsenal and Spurs regularly finishing above them now. They blew it when Fergie left and Fergie could see they were already going backwards, that's why he got out. The Guy who does the deals (Woodwood?) should be the first one sacked. They need a complete overhaul at Utd and i don't see Mourinho as the man to do that, as he never sticks around long enough to really over see a top to bottom change. All he is ever interested in, is his first 16 players, he doesn't care about reserves, youth players or academies. That's why no one has ever come through at Chelsea in his time there. Utd either need to spend £1b, or they need to go back to bringing youth through. Spending £250m these days, only gets you 6 average players and that's not going to cut it at Utd. LVG has spent £250m, and what has he got for it? A team of average players who are all the same. Not one of them is going to win them matches week in week out. I read just now, that they are going to close the entire top tier at Old Trafford for their Europa league game later this month. That says it all and shows what the fans think of the club right now...

First time they have hit the front of the market. 15/8 from 10s off the back of beating Liverpool and Man City.

Fantastic result today.
I would still be taking nothing for granted as a Leicester fan. I'd just be saying that's top 10/top 9 etc secured after every result.
Not many thought they'd get 53 points this season, let alone with 3 months of the season left!

Incredible performance yesterday from Leicester, I think after the Arsenal game, whatever the result, the following 9 games are all winnable and take them to 80 points. I've said for a while now that 84 will win the Premier this season and I think they are now a definite for 1st or 2nd...Come on Leicester, you can do this.
